Since going through the application process I am looking forward to moving into these apartments soon! The staff was very courteous and professional. The aesthetic is very appealing, the grounds are well kept from when I have visited, and the speed bumps encourage safety within the parking lot. I am sure that River Falls will continue to impress me. It is also worth noting that my mom who was in the apartment industry has spoken highly of the management!

Me and my wife lived here for 1 whole year and I have never had any inconveniences or trouble with the apartment itself or the staff. Everyone has been real kind to us, maintenance keeps grass green, vacuum the hallways daily, mop the elevator floor daily, recently painted walls, and the buildings are well maintained they do an extraordinary job we were impressed as well as our families. Staff is really kind to us when we have questions or when we were toured around, they always leave letters letting you know about any changes or repairs in the buildings lots of communication, very professional

I love my little efficiency apartment. The design is small and simple, and the appliances provided work well. The complex itself is in a nice location, and the maintenance crew works well to keep the property clean. I've never had issues with neighbors. The office staff is nice and professional. They listen to tenant problems.
The speed bumps in the parking lot were initially VERY steep when they were put in, but the management recognized this problem and smoothed

I have lived here for a total of over four years and I don't have a single thing to complain about. To address something that has been brought up numerous times in the reviews, I have to add that if you aren't driving like an absolute lunatic, the speed bumps will not impact you whatsoever. I have lived here before and after the speed bumps were added and the parking lot is actually much safer. Thank you, River Falls, for putting the safety of your tenants first and above the asinine opinions of awful drivers!

Due to my job, I have lived in many states and rented from many landlords. River Falls was a very good experience for me while living in Amarillo. They have remodeled most of the units and are doing a good job at making the outside pleasant. The pool was very nice to have in the summer time. I found that noise levels were very low (which is rare for apartments). My maintenance request were always taken care of that day and I never felt creeped out by the men who came into my apartment, they were always respectful and friendly. I never felt scared of a break-in while living here.

My fiance and I have been going through the application process and we have Nothing but good things to say about the management and the awesomeness of the inside of the apartments. They are professional, very kind, and awesome. The inside of our new apartment looks amazing. Huge kitchen. Wonderful patio. So much space and for only $19 more than what we pay for a small efficiency, we are getting more than our moneys worth on this.
