My wife and I moved in, in February of this year. This place is great and the office manager donica was great. She got to know my wife and I. If we ever had an issue she handled it quickly. The apartments are amazing and we loved the layout. If we hadn’t of had to move out of state for work we definitely would of stayed. Definitely will sign a lease with them again if we come back to Texas

For the past 5+ years I've called this place my home and it's been amazing. Everything from the landscaping to the pool is well taken care of and I appreciate the excellent work Donica and Mechelle have done. They are so helpful and I love them like my own family. Mechelle has been promoted and on to another complex, but she will definitely be missed. Donica is amazing and I know she and the new members of the staff will keep making TCV my home for years to come!

Donica and Michelle are amazing. I had to move quickly from KC for a job in Dallas and toured 9 complexes to choose an apartment. The management staff here alone could have sealed the deal. If it weren’t for the spacious apartment, tranquil grounds and accommodations for my 90lb dog, I would say they are the reason to live here. The office staff did EVERYTHING they could to help me. The other property managers should apply for an apartment here in order to know what the experience should be. Thank You both

I just moved out of this complex a few weeks ago. The only reason I moved was because we bought a new home. I lived in Town Centre for 5 years and loved it!! The managers and staff are friendly and courteous. The maintenance staff take care of any issues immediately! There were no insect issues. They spray regularly! The property is quiet and looks nice at all times! It's a great area to walk your pets! I felt safe walking at night. The tenants are friendly, and a lot of them have lived there longer than I did! If you're looking for a great place to live that's convenient to shopping and freeways
