I had a great experience with Hay Tire Pros! They made replacing my tire quick and easy. They even went the extra mile and replaced my wiper fluid, which was low. I never asked but they saw the need and helped me out. I appreciate that! Everyone worked with was professional and friendly. I will definitely be back again when I’m in the market for tires again.

Hay tire were quick to help with my tire issue. While other places said it would be over 5 days till they could even look at it, Hay Tire was quick to order the tire and have it the next day. The staff was extremely helpful in the options I had. Will definitely use them again for my automotive needs.

For me, this is one of the old-school places where everyone is honest and works hard. I’m sure there are lots of those places around. This is one of them.
Staff handled everything super efficiently and I was out the door in no time. Above all, I trust them.
Will be back for other services when need be.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires and needed a repair, it was first come first serve.. I wasn’t first, but I wasn’t last either. They said it might be hours! So I waited, probably an hour, called a friend and she was going to pick me up for breakfast somewhere.. car was ready!!!
They found a nail in the tread, pulled it out and patched it up. So I met her for breakfast!

Wow! Hay Tire's customer service is next level amazing!! I picked up a nail in my tire coming home from lunch today and wanted to patch it immediately. Firestone told me they couldn't help until Thursday at the earliest and Sunday if I wanted an appointment.... When I called Hay Tire, they told me to come right in and estimated 45 minutes for the fix. I was shocked when it actually took less than 15 minutes!!
The Wi-Fi works great.
Big Greg was super helpful.
Their entire team is incredibly friendly and enjoyable to chat with.

I found a nail in my tire with a slow leak. I am in need of new tires but needed a quick fix so that I could do school pick ups that day. Gerald’s in West Ashley had a 3 plus hour wait. Firestone’s first appointment was on Sunday (it was Wednesday) and they would not take a walk in. Thankfully they referred me to Hay’s. I was in and out in 20 minutes with my repaired tire. They noted that I needed new tires but did not give me a hard push to buy them. I will be returning to Hay’s to buy my new tires. Excellent service, friendly and fast. 5 star

Got 2 tires on my car early this year. Took them an entire day after I was told early that morning it would be ready soon. I had to call to find out it would be ready soon.
2 months later I was going to put brakes on and find out they had stripped a lug nut and stud.
Called and asked when they could fix it, they would not help with a loaner car or ride to work.
Waited for a day off, dropped my car thursday night, Friday, nothing, Saturday, nothing....... I call Monday morning and was told it is ready.
Call in late to work. Miss Pam tells me that I owe $50. They broke it in not paying. She told
