Even though they did not have the ability to help with my complex issue, they were willing to take the time and. I took my car in to get the driver side ball joints replaced. They replaced only 2 of 6 broken joints and did not properly seat the 2 ball joints they did replace. They gave me my keys back and said everything was fine. I had to have it repaired by another shop 1 week later. I wish I could attach pictures.
