Renting from Winfield Farms was a great experience for my five years at Purdue. As a graduate student, the apartment complex is quiet and conducive to studying. The rent was also reasonable compared to other complexes around the area, which is helpful for the tight graduate student budget. The staff was also great to work with and were responsive to maintenance requests and other questions. Overall, I would recommend Winfield Farms to anyone looking for a quiet and affordable place to live.

I lived here for my entire grad school experience (4.5 years) and really enjoyed it. The apartment felt spacious (especially for a 1-bedroom), had lots of storage space, and a good-sized kitchen with plenty of counter space. The area was super safe: I went for walks around the neighborhood and to a nearby park almost every day; and there was a conveniently located grocery store less than a mile away. It's also right off Hwy 231, which made it super easy to get to campus. I rarely had to deal with the management, but they were always helpful. My AC broke during the first year there, and they were

I've lived here the past year, and I loved my apartment. The rent was totally reasonable for a 2 bedroom apartment, I could afford to live by myself on a grad student budget. The inside of my apartment was very nice: only complaint I can really think of is I hate the stove - it's super difficult to keep clean (one of those ones with the metal coils and cups to catch stuff). I would be staying here longer, another few years if I could, but I need to move back home.

While searching for my first apartment, I was so fortunate to stumble upon such a beautiful, affordable, and clean apartment complex! I never ever had a problem while living here, and I'm so sad to move! Danielle was wonderful to work with! Paying rent was super easy. I couldn't have found a better place to call home for my first year away at school.

I've lived here for almost ten years. The apartments are nice and they have always been wonderful with maintenance. The place is quiet and the neighborhood is nice and neat - the apartment complex as well as the duplexes that are before. It is next to Romney Meadows, but you would never know it because it is so quiet and clean and hardly any disruptions in the complex.

I lived in the apartment for two years and initially I was very excited to live at Winfield Farms because they seemed like a really great value. However, shortly after moving in I realized the rent was lower than average because the management provided less-than-average services. My roommate and I needed to call management multiple times whenever… we had a management request and maintenance would often show up unannounced and unexpected whenever they pleased. It was literally like pulling teeth to get anything at all fixed and you can only get in touch with the office manager Danielle if

I lived at the Winfield Farms Apartments for 5 years and I absolutely loved it! If I hadn't outgrown my 2-bedroom apartment & graduated from Purdue, I could have easily stayed another couple of years. Working with Danielle was wonderful and she was so sweet and a great landlord. The apartment itself was great, very spacious and very affordable- you'd be hard pressed to find a better deal. And one of the best parts was it's location. You are seriously close to everything and I miss that! I highly recommend these apartments to everyone- they are great & in great condition!

I've lived here for almost 10 years. They take care of the property and care about the living environment. If you like to blast your stereo, this is not the place for you. If you respect your neighbors, management will respect you. The grounds are always neat and clean, problems requiring maintenance are taken care of in a timely manner and I have always been treated with respect. I love living here.
