I have enjoyed living at Soll for the past two years in my junior one-bedroom apartment. This week I signed a lease for a new two-bed, two-bath apartment in Soll with a close friend/classmate. Because the housing market has been so hectic it was definitely a stressful process trying to find the right fit prior to us signing. Thankfully, Chelsea and Jorjia were super helpful and kept us in the loop as apartments became available over the past few weeks. Moreover, we had some specific requests for our future apartment that they were able to meet which made continuing to live at Soll an easy decision

I've been here for 2 months, and the turn around from me looking at the place to signing the lease and moving in took less than 2 weeks. The staff went beyond what was necessary to get me moved in. Also maintenance has responded quickly with requests or at a time of an emergency. I have no complaints!

I have lived at Soll Apartments for 3 years now and have had a wonderful experience so much so that I was able to get 3 of my friends to move to this complex with me. Although I never had issues with the old staff, the new staff goes above and beyond to accommodate all the residents and make them feel at home. The two times I needed repairs, one for the sink faucet and the other for my closet hangers, both were fixed the next day without any need for additional reminders. If I was staying in Des Moines Iowa, I would definitely recommend Soll Apartments.

I've been living at Soll Apartments for almost 2 years now and I've always enjoyed being here. The location is great with lots of places to eat close by and also fun things to do. Jorjia and Chelsea also do an outstanding job of making life easy at Soll. They're easy to get along with and always make sure to inform you of any issues that may arise. They are also very understanding and always strive to make life easy at Soll. I just signed a lease renewal and I honestly could not be more happy with my decision!
