I had some outstanding traffic tickets that stop me for renew my driver linces unless i paid everything and i didnt have the money to paid it all joyner+joyner help me by paying just a few fees and they also have them remove from my record thanks for all the help and i got and they communicated with me on everything that was going on and answered every question i had i would recommend joyner+joyner if you have any trouble with the law thanks

Contacted a few lawyers in San Antonio for an old ticket and got 2 call backs. Joyner and someone else I can’t remember the name. Anyways the other one that called wanted the full price of the ticket (1900) and then lawyers fee. Joyner charged me the retention fee and then we would see what they settle for. Then I get a call that they got it dismissed and no other fee was needed. And to almost think that I paid the other guy. Great and smart lawyers here. I recommend them to my brother and same results. I highly recommend them!

I payed to have a ticket contested, not reduced slightly and be put on probation. Why would I need a lawyer to talk to the judge to negotiate that? I can and have done that myself. Soooo what am I paying these guys for?? On the plus side, the Paralegals are amazing and very informative. They rocked. Hence the second star.

You get what you pay for. I hired them for a traffic ticket based on reviews. There was no interaction outside of email and even that was with a receptionist. No interaction with even a paralegal. I could have just mailed in the paperwork to the court and saved some money. They did nothing other than forwarding the paperwork to the court. No calls, email only and they didn't seem to understand insurance laws and kept asking for unnecessary documents.

My eighteen-year-old daughter got a speeding ticket, her first, just north of San Antonio. Neither my husband or I have had a speeding ticket in 25 years, so we were not sure how to proceed, although we knew we did not want to appear in court there (we live in Austin) and we did not want her to have a conviction on her record. After several frustrating attempts to reach someone at the San Antonio court by mail and e-mail (they don't have a phone number!) to tell them she would take defensive driving, a friend suggested that I call a lawyer who specializes in these things.

I would not recommend them at all !! i pad 185 for nothing i should've just drove to san antonio and got the same results !!! Adrian Ayala was rude as well .He said Houston ppl doesn't follow any laws lol i am not going to lie i was rude to him at one point but if they''re not going to do there job which is try to get the ticket dismiss or cut down the cost then there is no point of hiring them !!

Early 2015 I was stopped by a county sheriff and was given 2 citations. Fast forward to today being a full time student and working full time and my court day being during finals week, I completely forgot about my court date. BAM. Hit with another citation failure to appear. These guys at Joyner worked hard to ensure these citations were off my record and ended up saving me over $500 dollars and were able to keep my record clean. To the folks that were surprised by a $150 or $200 "extra charge", it's called a retainer fee lawyers aren't free people! Besides keeping these tickets

Just make sure to pay attention!!! I got a speeding ticket and called this lawyer. The secretary was very nice and professional. I paid 153.00 for the service and the original ticket was 185.00. Little did I know that there was a special fee and now I have to pay 297.00. This ended up costing me 490.00. NOT WORTH IT. And when I called to ask why so much he was fumbling around with little information except "that's universal city for you". Really!!!

Very friendly (secretary and attorney) and always available. I have had problems in the past with other lawyers not answering their phones or following up......not the case with these guys at all. They took care of my speeding tickets and kept them off my record. Definitely worth not spending all day at court!
Hopefully no more speeding tickets for me ......but I would use them again.

I called this office after receiving a second speeding ticket, and they told me there would be an initial fee of $150, then I would have to pay court costs. Other places just charge the cost of the tickets.
Seemed like a rip off. Plus the girl that answered the phone didn't know if it would be a problem that I was already on probation for another ticket.
This place may handle other cases well, but I wouldn't call them for traffic tickets.
