This is a nice , medium size society with 50-60% Indian population because of a fantastic elementary school LInden Hill Elementary in proximity kids can walk to school. Society is old from outside but no problem from inside. Rooms are specious. People are respectful for each other . Society management organize events for residents occasionally. I personally never had an issue for maintenance everything was resolved timely. Only noticeable thing is no washer dryer in units but in a separate room on each floor. You get a very nice walk track around the society and a nice shopping complex at 1-mile

Rent very high and went up more money. I was sent a bill saying I owed for a date that is not even here yet. People constantly park in my handicapped spot and it took 6 months for me to get a requested handicapped ♿ sign for my parking spot. I do like this area that I live in because it is quiet and no trouble really goes on here. The rent should be lower and should not be getting raised anymore than what it is already. I'm paying almost $2000.00 a month for a townhome.

Fairway Park Apts at Limeric Circle is one of the best places to rent an apt in Wilmington (rent is reasonable, heating is included, maintenance is fast, Pike Creek is a nice area) but I must warn you about a few things which may create negative experience. There are a lot of kids who play around the buildings and in the parking lot. It’s not just the kids but their parents as well. I’ve been here for a little over 3 years now. There is a huge immigrant community and they don’t seem to respect the rules. Especially during summer, they take over the parking lot and turn it into a playground

I enjoyed living here very much. The staff was amazing, it's a beautiful area, and the apartment was very spacious. It is a very quiet neighborhood. I work shift work, so it's hard for me to find a place where I can sleep odd hours. I had no trouble here. The maintenance staff was very kind and the people in the office treated me very well. I would recommend these apartments.

I've been here for over 1.5 years and like it so much I will be renewing my lease when the time comes. Management handles all issues within a timely manner especially when more then one person in the complex complains about the same issue. The grounds are maintained nicely.
This is an older building which means there are some trade offs, You don't have to pay for heat but then you really can't control the temperature. It can get pretty hot in the apartment during the winter month, but I'll take it since the heat is free and I just sleep with the window opened.
There are a lot of children here

I would like to start off on a positive note with that the neighborhood is nice, friendly and relatively quiet. There are running and walking paths for the summer time; which leads into my next point: the central air.
The whole complex runs off a boiler system. To make the boiler system work, the A/C needs to be shut off (how true this is, I'm not sure). It's currently 82 degrees in my apartment with all the windows and doors open and three fans blowing. It's insane.
I called the main office about the issue and they advised me that they'll turn the valves off for our apartment. That's all. I
