I don't usually give reviews, but this one was worth it! After chipping a tooth at night, I was able to get in the next day - even as a new patient. They moved my appointment up, took care of me right away, and were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend Bridgetown Dental to anyone looking for a dentist. I get a little nervous at the dentist and they were totally patient and kind.

I absolutely love my visits to bridgetown dental. I’ve visited many dentist offices and after I came across this one, I stopped looking. The receptionist, Oksana Winters is so welcoming. Not only does she do her job phenomenally, but she always takes the time to talk to me and see how I am doing. Doctor Kaady and all the staff are outstanding as well. They are so careful with their work, I have never came across ANY issues. I highly recommend you to come visit this dentistry, you will love the atmosphere. If I could rate it more stars I would!!

My whole family is beyond pleased with Bridgetown Dental! Their staff are very professional, out going and explains things in a clear manner. They are very family oriented and kid friendly. I recently took my 2 year old there to get her used to going to the dentist and they did such an awesome job and she had so much fun!

I visited Bridgetown dental recently to get evaluated as well as a cleaning. He diagnosed one of my teeth as needing a crown, said I had 3 other cavities and also told me I have sleep apnea. I proceeded to get the opinion of 2 other dentists, who both said a crown was unnecessary and that I had plenty of healthy tooth remaining to just do an onlay, plus they only saw 1 other cavity not 3. Also got a sketchy vibe since all the hygienists and staff are white women; the way he talked to them and myself was slightly domineering and rude. Really seemed like he was trying to sell me way more than I needed

I have gone to Dr. Kaady for many years and have been very happy with his care. I had no plans to change dentists until my recent visit when I learned that he had not been vaccinated against Covid-19. He was taking a "wait and see approach" and felt that he was young and healthy and not at risk. Dental services are high risk because you cannot wear a mask and his position seems inappropriate. He is a medical professional and should understand the threat of infection to his patients, even though he doesn't feel in danger himself. This makes me question other decisions he makes

I came here years ago after reading some of the positive reviews. I'd always had relatively good experiences at the dentist and only had a couple cavities over the years. The staff are sweet and Dr. Kaady was nice enough but pressured me into having 4 of my teeth filled, not all of which ended up having cavities. He then wanted to proceed with doing the same thing with 12 of my other teeth just because they had odd coloring. But couldn't tell me for sure if any of them had cavities. I had never heard any of this from my previous dentists, so I wanted to get a second opinion. I went to another dentist

Dental technician seemed inexperienced, she was friendly but extremely rough with the polish tool. I have never had issues with dentists in my life but this was not a good experience. Dr Kaady showed up for probably 30 seconds or so and basically said my mouth was a wreck which was surprising considering other dentists have not raised such issues. Decided to go elsewhere in the future, Dr Kaady should work on his interpersonal skills.

Although he does great work, I don't think I can return to Bridgetown. The first few visits, I was struck by the lack of bedside manner and less-than-personable greeting. I've been fortunate to grow up with a great hometown dentist, and I'm accustomed to being talked to like a human being and asked how my day is, etc. While the staff is totally friendly, Dr. Kaady treats you like you're a slab of meat and talks over you like you're not even there. I was willing to look beyond this, and a few other weird things (the flippancy with which which he treated COVID in the office, which is quite small

I have an almost pathological fear of the dentist, to the point where I need to get gassed to get my teeth cleaned. I have never had a particularly awful trip to the dentist; it's just always been a terrifying experience for me. With that said, it should come as no surprise that I have avoided anything dentist related for a few years. Then my wisdom teeth started coming in, and my overall teeth sensitivity was becoming unbearable.

Dr. Kaady has surgical "soft touch" hands, and he's consistently made my various procedures painless. I've had a lot of dental and orthodontic work throughout my childhood and adulthood, and every time I leave his office I'm thankful that I went to him and not to others I've worked with in the past. He checks-in frequently and makes a conscious effort to deliver excellent patient care at every appointment. He's detail-oriented and excellent about explaining the "what and the why" of the work ahead, and it's very clear that he continues his learning

Bridgetown dental is the best place I have been to. I have had lots of dental work done over the years but I never realized how big of a difference a great dentist can make. They are always quick to help me with any issues and answer any questions. Also they always take the best care to make sure I am comfortable from start to finish I can’t recommend Dr. Kaady and his team enough to anyone who needs any kind of dental work.

I wouldn't recommend coming here and I made a mistake because I didn't read the reviews before coming here. If your not comfortable being chastised over your teeth or your past dental work don't come here. I also received a large bill from them a year after my visit and was told it was my fault somehow. Not a second notice or "we tried to call you" just a bill out of nowhere. Uncomfortable experience followed by a questionable extra bill far down the road. Bad experience all around

Dr. Kaady and staff are personable, professional, and accommodating! Its been 1 year since I've started going to them. I like to support local businesses and especially when I receive a 5 star service! Also the mouth guard has helped at night and haven't been grinding my teeth as bad now! I highly recommend!

The hygienists work with precision and always offer good advice for proper care and health. TLDR; Skip Dr. Kaady if anxiety is something you deal with... But if your tooth hurts more than your anxiety and you need a quick check up, then go for it. Don't expect any help calming your anxiety with him though.

I recently moved from California. I always had the same dentist growing up, and he was our family dentist. Great guy, knew everything about us and our whole family. Finding a new dentist here in my new home was a daunting challenge for me, so I kept avoiding it.

When I was stuck in traffic and had to reschedule, they made this process easy and stress free. They were exceptionally accommodating. I never have to wait to be seen and the entire staff is knowledgable and friendly. They make the experience stress free; which for me is no easy task!
I just picked up my bleaching trays and whiting. I am always so pleased with the experience, the friendliness of the staff and the expertise of Dr. Kaady. I highly recommend them!

Awesome dentist with a friendly and accommodating staff. I would recommend Dr. Kaady to anyone and everyone. Oksana is great, she greets you with a genuine smile and is always happy to work with my crazy schedule. Dr. Kaady is very patient and considerate. I am fortunate and have had very little need for dental work outside of regular cleanings. During my dental exam Dr. Kaady informed me I had my first cavities caused by sealants that had been placed on my teeth when I was young. I was petrified and in disbelief. The process of having the cavities treated was painless and much easier than I expected

I really love coming here. The wait for an appointment is never very long, and the office staff is phenomenal - professional, organized and genuinely kind and caring. Dr Kaady always takes the time to show me things with my x-rays, educate me about what was going on and discuss options of what to do with which teeth.
Recently I decided to get some cavities fixed.. After just two appointments my teeth are PAIN FREE! His expertise with the Novocaine needle is fantastic. The fillings were done quickly but no rush. And he took the time to make sure that the surfaces of the teeth were smooth and shaped

I had a great experience with Bridgetown Dental. I had accidentally only scheduled a check up instead of also scheduling my cleaning, but they were able to accomodate me and slide me into their schedule last minute. The check up was a very good experience. The doctor is very kind and the check up encompassed more than just my teeth. He wanted to know about my general health and asked many questions. Visit #1: Complete and thorough dental exam. The assistant dentist and Dr. Kaady spent considerable time explaining while showing me the X-ray detail of each tooth enlarged as big as my hand. Very instructive, caring and professional.
