Took my car there a few times and the mechanic working on it did a great job, honest and saved me a lot of money. Had another issue recently and brought it back, but the blonde receptionist needs to change her attitude and how she talks to customers. Not welcoming at all. They were fully booked and I was willing to wait to bring it in on another day, but she completely turned me off. Took it to Midas instead and will wait for them to take care of the issue.

DO NOT GO HERE. Here's what happened to me: my car needed a new inspection sticker, and it wasn't going to pass, my car needs some work. Rather than explain to me what the issue was, the entire staff was rude from the moment I arrived. Evidently they have a very strict mask policy, and because I have been doubly vaccinated and didn't know that, obviously I wasn't wearing a mask. You'd think I was a serial murderer by the way they treated me. After rudely informing me of their policy I apologized and offered to get my mask which was in my car. They wouldn't let me near

So glad I found this place. I have an 80s Honda for weekend fun and their Mechanic/Joe is a Honda lover and expert! I also started taking my daily driver there. Friendly service, fair prices, and when I've brought my car in for services I thought were needed, they told me it wasn't needed. They didn't want to charge me for unneeded maintenance or parts. Talk about honesty! Such honesty can be rare in this business so it's really appreciated

We were on vacation the week of 7/22 and the master cylinder on my wife's car went(of course it waited til vacation)! I called around and although Pat's wS booked up with jobs, they took on the job! Pat's daughter who dealt with me on the phone (please forgive me for not recalling your name) was knowledgeable and courteous! I have nothing but praise for this establishment!!

I don't even know where to begin about how wonderful this place is. First of all, honest. To me the most important characteristic when it comes to your car's maintenance. They fix only what needs to be fixed and refuse to upsell you on extras, like so many other establishments. Second, expertise. I brought my Bronco to Pat's and it wasn't in the best shape. They were nice enough to take me in the same day I called with no notice or appointment. When I got my truck back after a tune up it runs like new and all at a fair price. I would highly recommend Pat's to anyone looking for an honest mechanic and I'll definitely be back in the future.

They are the nicest people I have every met. Like not just at an auto repair shop, like anywhere. My car broke down on 95 N and I picked them because of the reviews on Yelp. They set up a system where I could get a rental car, have my car fixed and have it back within a week and when I realized that I needed to go somewhere else, they canceled everything no problem and got me a quick tow to the place that I needed to go to. They even tried to get me a good price on my rental car. If I lived I the area, this would be my go-to shop.

Stopped by for 4 new tires on the '01 Volvo I am trying to fix up to use as a winter/utility vehicle. Pat's gave me a great price (cheaper than Tire Rack), installed it within an hour (by appt), and even gave me tips on how to repair my exhaust leak and brake bleeder valve I broke off. To top it off, they filled out my warranty paperwork, put it in an envelope and even put a stamp on it.

I've gone to Pats for years. He and his staff are top notch. I've had an occasion where I thought I had a problem with my car, had him look at it and then didn't charge me a dime when he found that there was in fact no issue with it.
