I guess the oil change was good enough.
But they tried to scam us on a brake pad replacement.
Said all 4 needed replacement and the rotors, because "The pads are at 3 mil".
Well, not for $900.00 after discounts.
I write this review 1.2k miles away, thinking I had to risk my yearly road trip to the family with bad brakes. Having now replaced them myself the old pads are less than 1/16" difference between the new front and rear pads. Rotors have hardly any wear and are dialed in even.
Liars and crooks.
Wasted alot of my time and money.
Do. Not. Trust. Them.

This is a horrible place to take your vehicle. I took my truck there three weeks and three days ago and it is still not fixed. They do not call you to inform or update the progress of your repair. When you call them during business hours, no one answers the phone, and you get a voicemail but no one ever returns your call even after leaving many voicemails. We took it down for inner and outer tie rod ends, center link, and ball joints to be replaced. When we called, the owner said the truck was not drivable and that the steering box needed to be replaced. He claims he ordered the wrong steering

My car broke down on Wednesday night and I had to have it towed to a shop. I called the Wrench at just before 5 pm and John answered and told me I could bring it down. He took my info and said he could take a look at it in the morning. I gave him a call in the morning he told me what was wrong and recommended some maintenance things I should consider. I went ahead and told him to fix everything and do the maintenance items. He gave me a fair price and took time to get the work done right. When my car wasn't ready as promised he brought my car to me. I very much appreciate the time he took to make

The wrench fixed my jeep in a timely manner, faster than most other repair shops around. I had a 2 day turnaround, most shops do a 2 week turnaround. On top of that they were able to get my suspension done which no other shop felt capable of doing without replacing my whole suspension unit. They charged the cost I was expecting to pay and nothing obsurd. All in all a great experience

I stopped in Silverdale while hauling a trailer from Ellensburg to Sequim when my fuel filter plugged up. I couldn't be towed (how I was parked) and nothing was open yet except theWrench (like, by 5 min). I explained my situation and the owner, John, personally came and rescued me. I figured I was going to miss my appointment in Sequim but 25 min later I was back on the road. The WRENCH buy far exceeded any and all expectations not just from automotive perspective but a human aspect as well. John and his professional staff make you feel like you are their first priority.
My family went to the WRENCH to look at a car for sale, we drove from Port Angeles. On the way we started to have car troubles. We were traveling from out of town and had stopped in at The Wrench Automotive with awful car troubles. They pulled our car in and had the issues diagnosed, parts ordered and work completed. I being a woman am very leery as I don’t know much about cars and repairs.
