I lived at the Falcon and had a positive experince living there. There are administrative fees you never recover or have applied to your final move out. Moving out has excessive fees. I lived in a micro unit and was still charged 330 for paint touchups, a toilet seat, and a fridge part of the plastic that broke. Would not recommend for friends to stay at because of the move out process alone. Best of luck

We have really enjoyed our time at the Falcon, and the new property manager, Lauren, has done a fantastic job. She deals with any challenges promptly, and on top of running an excellent office operation, she finds time to keep the common areas sparkling clean.
One of our favorite features of living at the Falcon is the flexible lease terms: from month-to-month to annual and everything in between. I lived here for a year and just moved out. I have zero complaints. It was ALWAYS cleaned to perfection. Anything I needed was answered and addressed promptly. The pool and courtyard is actually gorgeous, and again, very well-kept. On top of that, my apartment was absolutely beautiful from the floors to the counters. It fit my style perfectly. Also the keyless entry with number pads was so helpful, and although I never set up this feature, you could connect it to your phone and adjust temp and the door lock from your phone. Internet was fast and included. Highly recommend. I only moved out to move

Any time! I move people for a living, and we recently moved one of your new tenants into the 3rd floor. I must say, your building is very mover-friendly! The nice wide doorways, stairs, hallways, & elevators made it a breeze. Beautiful, clean, efficient facility. And from what our customer told us, it seems reasonably priced, with most utilities, internet & cable included. Keep it up!

By far the best place to live in the Springfield area! I have nothing but good things to say about The Falcon and all it has to offer. The units are top notch and have the most upscale and modern feel that really makes you feel like you're living in paradise. Too many amenities to count that introduce almost a futuristic way of living. Last but not least, the apartment manager, Andrew, is as inviting and personable as he is helpful. All around a fantastic place to call home.
