Muffler Man

My husband called here today to get a quote the so called service mager is so rude. Over talked him he asked for Dean said Dean didn't work there. He tried to explain. He asked for Dean again at this time she's mad. We've dealt with Dean for yours. Then tells him he can never bring his car here to be fixed. She needs training I almost went up there. Your poor customer service snillset is laughable. They need to remover her from even dealing with customers. Dean do better. She's trash

Went to get an estimate and they quoted me $3000 on things that didn't need fixed. Then when I tell them I just wanted the quote they printed out an empty sheet of paper for the quote. Bad business practices. That type of response gives credibility to my statement. God bless :D. Use 28th street and you won't be overcharged.

These guys took care of me. Last minute emergency and even brought my costs down. Fixed lugs on my car that snapped… NO CHARGE!! Even brought the final price down over $100 from the quote. I left in tears over their generosity and straight to the point business stand point. This was the first shop I took my car to since my pops can’t work on cars anymore. They didn’t rip me off! They did above and beyond! Needless to say, I have found my hometown shop in the big city! I’m never changing as long as the owners here are in business!!

Spent way to much for rear breaks and calipers at firestone, they didnt do it right took multiple days for an essentially easy fix. Its been just over a year and my car is spewing break fluid from said fix. Muffler man on the other hand did my front breaks 3 years ago, and still perfect, done right the first time and still going strong. Muffler man does good solid work, in a timely manner.

Don’t ever take your vehicle to this muffler man. They’re a bunch of rip off and have no clue what they are doing. You think with those prices these incompetents will know how to fix your vehicle. DO yourself a favor and stay away from that muffler man.

I’m a car dealer and a vehicle I sold took a dump on a customer in the parking lot some weird electrical issue. Jeff got me in a hour before closing and fixed the issue with speed and professionalism! Been dealing with them since I bought mitten motors up the street and pound for pound best muffler man in town and Robert is an electrical genius! Thanks again guys
