I love this car repair shop. My son is a student at Ferris State and his Jeep Wrangler was having alignment issues. I live three hours away so I needed a place that I could trust and that would be fair and honest with my son's repair. They were great. Repaired run great now, so courteous and the cost was way less than I expected!!!.

They deserve a ZERO STAR, COMPLETE HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I called them asking for the tire alignment price and was quoted $45. Took the car in, after waiting an hour and a half, was told that it would cost $325!! They did an inspection, which wasn't asked for and NEVER DID THE ALIGNMENT. Complete waste of time and loss of wages!! These are INCOMPETENT IMBECILES!! Don't waste your time!!

So went into the store with a Chevy Traverse 2011 since it had a bad wobble in the steering wheel from the speeds of 35 mph to 80. They said that the bushing of the lower control arm needed to be replaced and it would cost roughly 600 dollars for the entire operation. I then traveled to a Chevy dealership and they concluded that my tires were the issue and they needed to be replaced. They also said that the bushings were absolutely fine since I had told them to give them a look over. So, I got a tire rotation, the wobble is gone, I will be replacing my tires soon, and I will never ever go back
