Free Off-Street Parking with Covered Parking Available for Rent Each home is assigned one complimentary parking space. Additional parking is available for residents and guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Carports are available for $25 per month. Due to high demand, we are currently pre-leasing and may not have a unit available to show.

Incredibly disappointed with my experience here. We lived in a two bedroom unit until we were able to upgrade into a four bedroom. The new unit was promised to have hardwood floors and a washer/dryer included. We received the new address and I walked by the night before we were moving in where work was still being done late into the night and it was a major red flag. Once we got the keys to the new place I was incredibly disappointed. The floors were vinyl (which scratched incredibly easily), countertops were installed at an angle and several screens had holes in them that were only offered to

The leasing agent is so Nice, Funny, Loves to Smile & Always has a Good Outlook for just about everything.
I now believe that places like this, Coopers Landing, Gull Run Apts, are just places people live for as short a time as they can until they find something better. I can't in good conscience give this place only 1 Star or 5 Stars. Its just like the rest of "Apartment, Townhouses, etc." Average. 3 Stars.

Pet friendly, and they mean that. Maintenance has such a fast turnaround when needed, and are courteous which is appreciated. Well insulated, our utility bill is low, and heat/ac does not run continuously. Office is staffed with nice helpful people. Cost is commiserate with quality. We very much enjoy living here. New carpet and nice laminate, they do not use low quality paint, which matters. Appliances are good quality, and if you need a new dishwasher, they get you a new dishwasher. Water pressure is good also. Extremely convenient to shopping. Snow removal has been top notch.

I have lived here for 10 years! I just signed my new lease for another year. I love calling Savannah Trace my home and I am very thankful for their great customer service, timely requests for any repairs/issues usually same day, safe environment for my family and beautiful grounds that they keep so nice! I will continue to recommend Savannah Trace to everyone!

I like it here the staff is very friendly n when we need things done it gets done. I wanna say thank u for letting me live here. Is there any way we can get some thicker stronger wire to go over r air vents so the birds won't get in there. N would love to see if u all can build a dog park for r animals so they can run thank u be safe... I have been here going on 11yrs n having things done around here is my opinion n hope u continue to help make this place better n would love to have my place not so cold in the winter time if i could win this i would love it for as long as i have been here if would
