I lived at King's Mill for just over a year and loved it. The staff will go out of their way to help you however they can. I also remember the maintenance staff being extremely professional, fast, and nice the few times I needed them. If it's something small, they usually came within the same hour you sent the request in, I loved it.

Have only lived at Kings Mill for about 7 months. The staff is very friendly and respond very quickly to requests. It’s very quiet and everyone has been very friendly that I’ve meet at the apartments. The grounds are nicely kept up. Have never had any issues while living here. If I did I know that they would be resolved very quickly. Very nice place to live and centrally located.

I've been living in this community for a little over 2 years now. The staff is always courteous and responsive about comments and concerns. When ever any issues come up they do their best to resolve the matter quickly. The onsite amenities (Pool, Gym, Dog Park, and Firepit) are always kept up and always clean.

After living here approximately a year I would highly recommend this place. They have a nice car/truck wash, the maintenance is very quick to fix any discrepancies that may occur (at all hours of the day or night), the staff are friendly and very helpful with adjusting move out dates. I would be staying here longer except my job requires me to relocate.

I signed a total of 4 leases with King's Mill. I lived here during my undergrad degree in an AWESOME 2 bedroom split floor plan with a roommate. I then lived here for 3 consecutive years with my husband in both a 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom unit (we downsized). We were here for several different staff changes, but Danielle was always a constant. All staff were great!
We were pretty quiet residents, I think (as far as requests went), but if we ever saw a bug of concern (usually after it rains), someone would always take care of it right away! Maintenance was quick and responsive. We also had an issue

Great experience. The staff at Kings Mill were very accommodating. Any time my wife and I had a question or concern, they were quick to respond and they were exceptionally courteous.
The complex is dog friendly, with other dog parks in the surrounding area. The location was great for us with biking/walking trails 10 minutes north, while downtown Pensacola and the beaches roughly 15-20 minutes south. Traffic has a tendency to get pretty congested in the mornings between 7-8. Overall, we were very pleased! If we had to experience it over again, we'd choose Kings Mill.

Very nice and well maintained community. The pool and hot tub area is beautiful! Maintenance issues are addressed and corrected within one day! We have felt very safe and comfortable here. The complex is very close to shopping and the Interstate. Would not hesitate to highly recommend this place and if we returned to this area would absolutely stay here again!

We lived here for two years (2015-2017). We moved to California (Navy) and I miss Kings Mill every day. They set the bar extraordinarily high. Our apartment was spacious, clean, and safe. We never had issues with any of our appliances. When our A/C went out at midnight in the middle of Florida summer, the on-call maintenance personnel had it fixed within half an hour. The front office was always a pleasure to interact with. It's not anything fancy (compared to what they have here in San Diego) but it was as close to a perfect renting experience one can get. We keep searching for apartment

I have loved living at Kingsmill. My three bedroom is very spacious and all the appliances are in great shape. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly and the management team is always friendly and helpful. Its quiet and has plenty of parking options. They take care of the complex by constantly working on improving and maintaining their facilities and exterior. I recommend these apartments to everyone.

I lived here for about 3 1/2 years before having to move for work and I loved it. It was a quiet community, very well kept, that had a neighborhood feel to it. Maintenance was always quick to fix any issues that came up and the office staff were always friendly and helpful. There are places you can go with lower rent if that's all you're after, but I felt like I really got what I paid for.

After my hubby landed a job here in Pensacola, we only had 3 weeks to find a place to live and move from PA. We did a lot of searching through online ads and reviews and decided on King's Mill. It was very nerve-wracking committing to a lease without being familiar with the area or seeing what we'd be living in. Thankfully, we were relieved to find a lovely "southern" apartment community. Our 3br apartment is surprisingly roomy for a family of 6. It's clean and laid out well. We've been here since January and have found the staff very friendly and helpful. The maintenance

If there was a rating below one star, this place qualifies. While there are some amenities (pool, Jacuzzi, VERY SMALL work-out room), its not enough to justify the rent. My rent increased approximately $40 to $50 each year for 5 years...this increase did NOT include any real improvements or additional amenities. In the 5 years I lived there (2010-15) they changed the patio light fixtures, repainted/repaired the parking lot and added a fire pit by the pool (which I have yet to see anyone use). Water, sewage, gas and cable are NOT included in your rent at this complex. Yet, each year additional
