Place needs an overhaul, everything it outdated and old. For the price I am paying I had higher expectations. Location is wonderful and the staff if nice.

We love living here. Feels like you are living at a vacation resort. It's quiet but near everything you need. The grounds are immaculate. The apartments are open and spacious ... not to mention everything is new. Love it! Glad we found it. Also, the office staff is fantastic. Highly personable and very friendly.

This is the best place we’ve ever lived. We are a family of 5 and the staff and facilities are both equally impressive. While this is one of the most expensive rental facilities in VB, you get your money’s worth. 5 stars.

Almost 7 years living in the best resort style apartment complex in Virginia Beach. They have the most considerate staff and well maintained facilities one could ask for. Looking forward to a longer stay and happier days.

Very friendly staff, and awesome environment. The clubhouse is awesome too! Had my daughter's first birthday there and was a pleasant experience. I recommend this complex to everyone! ☺️
