I love the peaceful beauty of Windsor Oaks. Residents are respectful of others. The maintenance staff is prompt in responding to complaints. I love that I can submit work orders online at any time and can expect a knock on my door the next day. The management and staff make every effort to ensure residents are comfortable. I feel safe knowing that the security staff live right here among us.

In looking at the negative reviews other people have left, I could not possibly disagree more. Windsor Oaks is fantastic!! The leasing agents and property manager made my leasing process seamless and they are always so sweet in helping with any questions I have. The neighborhood is great! Lots of trees. Very well lit. Close to essential stores and easy access to the highway for my work commute. I love the salt water pool! My 1 bedroom apartment is a great amount of space and looked well taken care of when I moved in. Every time I call in a maintenance request, they are very prompt and communicative

All-around blessing of a community to be in! I feel like everyday is a vacation - the amenities, the staff, the wonderful neighbors and housing units alone are just amazing!! Then the icing on the cake, true spoil factor is the incredible maintenance team - they're here for your every need and care beyond the "repair"! I feel safe, secure and blessed to live here!

Best apartments I've ever lived in, we were sad to leave. Staff are respectful and honest, maintenance responds almost immediately to any problems. It's also a great area, right next to a Meijer and easy to get downtown. The only downside is that these are all electric apartments, heating bills can get a little high in the winter. However, still highly recommend to anyone looking for apartments in the area.

Staff and maintenance are very nice. Constantly seeing this complex invest in the structures and grounds. Great community!

Pass on this place! Waited 6 weeks from day of move in to get heating/air conditioning system fixed. Paid over $500 electric bill because heat wouldn’t turn off. Property manager Kelly makes excuse after excuse. Offers a “sorry” about your expensive electric bill and refused to compensate us. Promised new washer/dryer at move in. They cleaned up a used pair and said they were new. Dryer wouldn’t work on day one Property manager Kelly took 3 weeks to fix. Had to go without dryer for 3 weeks. Had to spend hours cleaning apartment after maintenance fixed hvac coil. Black oily substance all

This is a very enjoyable community in a convenient location. Staff are always helpful and friendly. The new walking path on Maysville road connects with several restaurants, grocery stores and shops.

Lived here for a year. Just know it's pretty on the outside. The "paint" on the walls comes off (or starts to smear together) if you try to wipe them off with water. Monthly rent is not proportional to the space and "amenities" you get. If you don't have children forget about using the pool to relax. Basically paying for the security of the place. It is a nice area to live. Jill in the office is AMAZING though. She's good with communication; however, talk to anyone else forget it.
