Another terrific experience here…after two family members referred me years ago, I have purchased two sets of tires and also returned for regular tire rotations. Today I had a repair on short notice for a slow leak caused by a large screw (presumably from city construction where I live), and Jill and the team were able to accommodate me. Horrific scam artists. Saw my 18 year old daughter coming and took her for all she was worth. Charged twice what a dealer would (over 400.00) to replace a battery. NO estimate which breaks Ohio law. Will be following up with my attorney you can bet. If they will do it to her, they will or ARE doing it to you.
