I came here to have my transmission looked at and repaired, following an oil change I had done down the street, where the technician changing my oil told me he found leaking transmission fluid, but not something their business would be able to take care of. I wouldn't trust just anyone to service my 2018 Audi RS3, but Auto Assets continues to knock my service out of the park! Very detailed inspection report including pictures, detailed explanation of all parts inspected, and overall a super positive experience. Have now used AA for standard services like oil change as well as brake replacement on my RS3, and they never fail to provide excellent service, attention to detail, and competitive pricing for services.

I purchased a 2002 Porsche Boxster S at another dealership and subsequently had some issues with it. Rob and staff were awesome at providing a full inspection and several repairs. They recommended some things I could do on my own instead of having them do it. I appreciate their professionalism and transparency. They will continue to be my place to handle maintenance on my car. Very professional customer service. When I called about having my car in to fix an overheating issue, they listened to my car’s history and actually took note of the info I’d provided instead of dismissing it. Very easy folk to communicate with.

We needed to get a pre-purchase inspection done on a 2009 Boxster S and I couldn't be happier with the service. The inspection was very thorough and included a 26 page report with detailed pictures. Matt (who was great by the way) followed up with two phone calls to explain any concerns they had and to offer their services to remedy the problems. If I lived in Columbus I definitely would have followed through with having the work done at Auto Assets. I would highly recommend their services and hope to do business with them in the future.

Beware!!! I first called Auto Assets to discuss my problem with my Cadillac Allante. They assured me they would be able to figure out the brake issue with a diagnostic fee. I then paid $110 tow bill to have it delivered. Auto Assets contacted me saying they could not figure the brake issue out and needed another hour of work to give me a definite quote on fixing my brakes. Once again they called and said they needed more time....after charging me $738 for "diagnostic" still not figuring issue out...they wanted me to put another $1200 for fixing something that they say needed to be done

I purchased a used Porsche Cayenne about three months ago from the friendly people at Auto Assets and was very pleased with the entire experience! If you are looking to buy a car, stay well away from this place! Bought an Audi, one week later had to have it towed back due to non-start issues. Technicians had no idea what the issue was and I took it home since the issue couldn't be replicated at the shop. Over the course of the year, had the same issue with numerous "fixes" within this shop and still no actual repair. Finally, gave up on Auto Assets as they obviously didn't have the wherewithal to fix it and took it to the Audi dealership. Guess what?! Fixed in a day. Traded it in considering who knows what else was wrong

I had my Jaguar in for an oil & filter change and checkout today. The car was ready with a report to match on time. While driving over there I noticed my cat had scratched holes in the leather seats. I mentioned it to the service writer and he said they could get it fixed after the oil was changed and still have it ready the same day for me. I do not know how they fixed it but it is PERFECT.
Great shop and good service.

Highly recommend! Recently traded in my A4 for an A8 with these guys. The buying process went very smoothly, no pressure on the sales side. Had a hiccup leaving with the car, one of the headlight stopped working as I was pulling out of the parking lot coupled with an issue with the hood latch. Headlights on these cars are not cheap to replace. These guys stepped up and made everything right making sure everything was fixed. I live in Dayton over an hour away, they drove the car to me after the car was fixed. Really impressed with their service. I worked with Rich, he's a class act. Next time

Outstanding and knowledgeable guys, took my Saaburu in and made correct evaluation and recommendations. Unfortunately I brought the car back to Y-town and local shop took three tries to get it where Eddie told me it should be months before. Fixed an Alfa that had eluded diagnosis for years. I wish I lived in Columbus so I could use them exclusively! I would consider trailering a car down there next time, I would know it was done right!

Stay away from this place at all costs. I bought an older Saab from this place. Chip told me that if anything went wrong with it in the first 30 days to call him and he would take care of it for free. This was on November 3rd, 2011. The first week the dash light stopped working so at night you couldn't tell how fast you were driving. Took it to him and he "fixed" it. With this repair the heater stopped working. Took it back. the second week I owned it and he fixed the heater and then the dash lights stopped working again. Same week, noticed a large puddle of oil on my garage floor

Brought my BMW here. These guys know what they are doing. They replaced my spark-plugs. I wanted them to look at something to do with my suspension. They said they were going to have to lift my car and have to charge me 40 dollars. I declined. When I went to pick up my car, they said they did it complimentary. They gave me a large write up of what needed to be fixed.
The rate here is 80 bucks, pretty low for knowledgeable people. I highly recommended auto assets if you want to get work done on your car. avoid the dealership and their high prices.
