J+P is one of the best 2 or 3 places I have used in my 55 years of driving. They are knowledgeable, honest, and thoughtful. Like most places of business, they are currently short-staffed. However, they are well worth the current minor inconveniences which being short-staffed brings.

Short story: No BS. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
Long story: Was in a jam when my car needed jumped leaving work today. Went to a chain auto parts store and got the free scan to attempt to determine battery or alternator. They said it was a wash and the alternator needed bench tested. Called J&P an hour and they offered a free charge test with an honest opinion and interpretation. Battery tested low and said they'd be able to get me a new one from the NAPA warehouse within the hour. Battery showed up AFTER they closed and they stuck around until the job was done. Price

This shop is top notch! Not only did they come highly recommended from several people, but the reviews are very accurate! There’s a reason they are a 5 star rated shop. They are honest, thorough, priced right, and most importantly knowledgeable. I had my 08 Honda Accord fixed at J&P a couple of weeks ago, and they did a great job! I will definitely be returning for all of my cars maintenance and service needs!

This place is the ONLY auto repair business I have ever trusted. They get the job done right and they don't try to rip you off. The employees were all very friendly and knowledgeable, which I appreciate. I have taken my car there twice and will take it there again for future repairs. It is rare to find someone honest to work on your car, so I will stick with J&P!

Even though it was a simple battery replacement, Joey walked me through how to get the warranty and went above and beyond to get the battery from a local shop for me. I made an appointment with J&P to get my brakes looked at, and am very glad I did!

They immediately diagnosed my car and were able to explain the issue without making me feel stupid.
The entire team was friendly.
Although it is a garage, it was very clean!
I had work to get done and they let me use their wifi!
While waiting on parts, they fully prepped my car so that by the time they arrived, they could leap into action.
I was in and out in 2 hours.
Being a girl with zero knowledge about Cars- this is extremely important

I've taken my 2001 Infiniti i30 here on multiple occasions and I promise you absolutely will not find better, faster, friendlier, honest service out there. They have done my starter, alternator and some electrical work upon other things over the past few years and I've been 100% satisfied with their work. Just took my car to J & P Autoworks and was totally impressed with the customer service and workmanship. From the moment I took the car to their shop, they were helpful and honest. My car was a 2005 Nissan with 100k miles on it. I didn't want to spend a lot of money to get it fixed so they went over every detail with me and even suggested what repairs could wait awhile to be fixed. They were very knowledgeable, explained everything to me with great detail making it easy for me to understand and were very reasonable in their prices.
