Lived here for 2 years and loved it! Management and maintenance were very responsive and friendly. The apartment itself was very nice (granite countertops, new appliances, etc) and the amenities were amazing (especially the resort-style pool!). The only thing is that you'll be able to hear your neighbors, but that's true for most apartments. Overall, I highly recommend El Mirador!

I went and applied at this location and I knew my credit was a little challenged, Not to pass blame but for trusting people to do the right thing. I am still pending my acceptance or denial, But regardless Emma did a great job, All I can ask is that they try, and I’ve seen nothing but shear effort. And If I am denied, I will try again when my credit gets better. I already love this place. If not this year, in future years I will be a new resident. Definitely worth checking out.

Great place to live, the units themselves are very nice and the community is very quiet and peaceful. Management and the office staff have all been very nice and the few maintenance requests I've had have been addressed in a timely manner. If I weren't relocating for work I would definitely renew my lease and I'd highly recommend this complex.

I was very surprised to see the negative reviews here since it was very different from my experience. I lived at El Mirador for 3 years and did not had any issues with the management nor maintenance. I liked the location, near shops and restaurants and the park is definitely a plus. Whenever I needed something fixed which was on just 2 occasions it got fixed the next day. Prices are very reasonable. I never felt insecure but I am giving it a 4 star because it doesn’t have a functioning gate and that would have been a plus. I didn’t have any issues moving out. Rent was hassle free with online

We moved to Texas from 19 hours away and initially picked el mirador just by their posting on apartments.com. In person it was just as expected and we were excited to call it home. We loved our apartment, the area, and the fact that we had a dog park so close by. Sadly we had to leave before our lease was even up due to a relocation for work but we absolutely would have renewed our lease if we had the chance. Heather and Emma are both very helpful and friendly and it is a wonderful place to live if you are looking in Lubbock!

This is a review for my experience with Emma while apartment shopping.
She was so pleasant to deal with. Took great care to show me all the details of each apartment, and answered all of my questions. She didn't have to sell me on the apartments - they sold themselves. It is a great location, clean grounds, nice amenities, roomy living spaces, and great kitchens!
What's more, I went back a few hours later with my husband to let him see the apartments, and she was just as helpful the second time around.
