The philosophy behind our photography packages or what we call our collections is to be simple and straightforward. The following factors helped us to determine the appropriate creative fees for our collections:.
Maxim Photo Studio uses three primary wedding photography styles which are Available light, Candid/photojournalistic and Illustrative. This allows us to tell a complete story of the day no matter whether we are shooting in the dark church, under midday sun or inside a moodily lit reception hall. Available light style emphasizes the use of the available light.
My name is Max Surikov. I'm the owner of Maxim Photo Studio. I'm happily married with two great sons. In my "prior life" I played competitive table tennis player, won an amateur bodybuilding contest, and passed the CPA exam. I went to college and received a degree in accounting.

However, after a decade of corporate consulting, I decided to make a career change to pursue photography full time and received a degree in Photography from New York Institute of Photography. In 2005 I started Maxim Photo Studio. The goal of Maxim Photo Studio has always been to provide exceptional wedding photography as well as amazing customer experience while maintaining a great work/life balance for my family.
FOUR(4) Things we looked for in our Wedding Photographer. 1ST- Must have creative & artistic vision for capturing moments. 2ND- Must have great referrals & professional reputation. 3RD - Still passionate about photography & romance(not just a job)! 4TH(most important)- Someone we trust as a person to share the most intimate moments of our most special day!
Maxim Photo Studio doesn't utilize a cookie cutter approach for our weddings where we try to fit our couples into a specific mold. We think "outside the box" to present a unique lighting approach coupled with composition and location elements to make each image unique. We work with our couples to define the particular style and types of images you favor.

Maxim Photos and Max Surikov just finished our wedding and we could not be happier with the results. Max is a true professional and takes great pride in his work. He was willing to meet with us to great depth regarding our engagement pictures and wedding photos. Every moment and every angle of the wedding was captured with taste, character, and true beauty. After the wedding, Max even gave us over 2,000 pictures on a USB drive to look at, print, and publish as we pleased. The photobooth was a huge hit and our guests really enjoyed letting loose with the slow-motion camera. Max and his team went
