Melissa Clements has been the Marketing, Communications & Business Development Director for GLP Attorneys since 2007. Melissa attended Holy Names Academy and received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies from Seattle University in 2004. Melissa facilities and coordinates presentation of educational seminars to healthcare providers throughout Washington, with seminars in 18 cities taking place four times each year.

I worked with Sarah after being hit by a vehicle as a pedestrian on crosswalk. Having met with a few other attorneys who were honestly quite intimidating, I was very happy to find Sarah (I'm not from this country and was not prepared for the medical & legal processes!)! I was involved in a bad car accident on the freeway where I was found not at fault in January of 2020. Adrienne Harris and the staff at GLP Attroneys were very professional and I am very satisfied with how they handled my case. I can't speak to a long-term relationship with them, but I called and spoke with a paralegal, who put me in touch with a lawyer at the firm (I can't find his name, because I think he scrubbed the emails). After a phone call with him, I was asked to provide more information, which I promptly did. And then....nothing. No response from him, no response from the paralegal, despite my follow-up emails.

I am very grateful that this law firm was recommended to me by my Physician. Cydney Webster took care of everything after a commercial dump truck rear ended me at a stoplight. I was grateful to have been referred to this law firm most recently regarding an auto collision/ insurance policy dispute that ultimately lead to a juried trial. I live in Spokane and was represented by Amy Miller and her team (in downtown Spokane) for an automobile accident claim. She did in amazing and thorough job. The peace of mind I gained from retaining her as my attorney was priceless. My insurance company would not deal with me fairly, and would not even pay my medical bills after an accident. GLP took away all my stress and fought with the insurance company to the end and got a good recovery for me. I recommend this law firm to people who have been injured because not only because my attorney was accomplished and treated me well, but because he was the only attorney that I initially called who called me back himself (and not his staff).
