My husband and I have been living at Forest Park for nearly a year. It has been a rough year with the pandemic, but I can't speak highly enough of some of the staff members at this complex. The grounds are well-kept, the staff is friendly, and they are even in the process of resurfacing the pools. We have been especially impressed with Omar in maintenance. He has gone above and beyond to help us with any issues we have encountered. Forest Park is a nice community to live in. Although there are homeless in the area, we cannot blame property management for that problem. It is a reoccurring theme

I recently moved into this apartment complex from Orange County and I have been working with Erika during the entire transition. She has made this experience so welcoming. She went as far as to helping me with a towing situation that happened with my car and I was able to get it back with no issues thanks to her. She also has been so responsive, quick with action and kind during this entire experience as Im adjusting to my new home. :)
I also want to give a HUGE shout-out to Omar who works in maintenance. He helped fixed my lighting situation in my apartment and since it has worked BEAUTIFULLY

I WISH I could've moved into this place. Erika was such a delight when she helped tour me around the property. She answered every question I had and was very knowledgeable about the area. She also gave me her information and checked in on me when they have availability!! The property was beautiful, had an amazing view, and the area was very quiet. Looks like they're putting in a lot of work to turn this complex around. I would've chosen this place if something would've became available quicker. Definitely says something that people don't want to move out lol

Omar is such a great maintenance person. All of the work orders I’ve ever placed are done in a timely manner and he even fixes things outside of the work order than need attending to. I’ve been struggling to fix my door for years and Omar was able to not only advocate for my doors replacement but he helped to fix it himself

I just moved in but it has been nothing but pleasant from the moment I started the leasing process until now. Carl was very helpful in answering all of my questions and my constant pestering until I actually moved in. Erika and Tim were friendly when Carl wasn’t available. The property is beautiful and well maintained.

I toured the complex with Celeine, she was great and gave me a lot of insight about the complex. I currently Live in Phoenix and will be applying here in the near future when I move back down to San Diego. Celeine is excellent at her job, answered all my questions, and gave me the best advice when it comes to living in San Diego as well as the surrounding community of the Forest Park Apartments.

So I went to Forest Park looking for apartment for my boyfriend of myself, I was met by Erica the assistant manager, when I first started talking to her she seemed very nice I didn’t know whether it was real or not after we toured the model I started talking to her about it and she and I clicked immediately she was very professional very nice and very relatable. I’ve called multiple times before even trying to get a apartment here and she and all the other staff of been very attentive to my questions. I love this place I was addressed with so much respect for the worker Erica S. and her staff. The help with the move in was so loving caring they all helped me with everything thing that I needed help with. My children love the play area neighborhood is very quiet. My place to call home is right here thank you so much for all the help and love from your staff.
