Divorce or separation from your loved ones can be an emotional and tragic experience for all parties involved, and it can be one of the most difficult experiences you will ever go through in life. The decisions made during the divorce process can affect you and your family for the rest of your lives.
Dividing the marital estate can be complex and is a fundamental issue in any divorce. The outcome will affect each spouse, so it is important to minimize any long-term issues to the extent possible.
Often times, the division of the marital estate will pose challenges that may be intimidating and highly stressful during the dissolution process, as you may suddenly be forced to deal with business valuations, asset valuations, searching for hidden assets, dealing with retirement accounts, and selling your former marital home.

As a parent, we know that you want what is best for your children. When determining which parent gets primary custody over the child or children, the court does just that - it aims to reach a decision that is in the best interest of all children involved. Under the law's common statutory provision, if the spouses have children together while married, the parents have joint guardianship over the child and rights to the child are equal.
Determining who supports a child after a divorce - and how much that support entails - is a complex legal process. An expert Tustin child support attorney can help walk you through the process and ensure your child's needs are met.
A child support obligation continues until the child reaches the age of 18 years and has graduated from high school, or the age of 19, has become emancipated, or until further order of the Court, whichever occurs first.Child support is determined by applying the mandated statewide guideline, which provides for a formula that determines the child support amount in each case.

Having to get legal help for a family court matter is never an easy decision to make. Going through the process of a family law matter is stressful for all involved Having Tracey (and Tessa!) in my corner made the process the least stressful it could be. She made sure I understood what was happening and I never felt like I was bothering her with my many questions. I was advised of the different options and possible outcomes. Always realistic and with caring, professional service. It is very evident from the first meeting that Tracey truly cares for her clients.

As a man fighting for the safety of my daughter, I walked in to Tracey's office not knowing what to expect as this was the time seeking counsel for family law. Tracey was all about my concerns and facts from the start of our meeting. I noticed right away that my situation was cared for by her every reaction.
The most comforting thing about Tracey was she refused to guarantee her results but she guaranteed that she would give you her all, keep us informed and walk us through each part of the process...HONESTY!
Everything that Tracey suggested was well thought out and you could tell her experience

As an amateur to anything pertaining to law, I was expecting this process to be confusing and uncomfortable. Tracey alleviated a lot of stress with her knowledgeable advice, I really can't thank her enough. She was respectful and professional in her communication with both parties, which helped facilitate an agreement that would have otherwise been hard to come by.

Dependable, Trustworthy, Aggressive, Professional!!!
My husband and I were in need of a more dependable lawyer for a custody/visitation battle for our son. Our originally hired lawyer was impossible to get in touch with, wouldn't return emails or voicemails for days, cancelled meetings with us and provided a paralegal instead, and showed up only five minutes before our ex parte child custody hearing when we were understandably nervous and stressed.
Our experience with Tracey has been the exact opposite. During the initial consultation she immediately put us at ease and gained our confidence.
