Kevin M. Murphy is a lifelong resident of Sarasota, Florida and attended Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, graduating in 1993. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi, National Legal Honor Fraternity and received the high grade award for Advanced Criminal Practice and Procedure.

Stephanie is a god send. She worked with me all the way from Washington on a custody matter when no other lawyer was able to understand because of how extensive the case was. I almost lost my license for a very very long time... The DMV said there was no way around it. A police officer outside the court house gave me the best advice " get an attorney" I found Murphy Law group and Kevin started on my case right away and within about a little less than two weeks I had my license back. I never leave reviews but I couldn't be happier. I would HIGHLY recommend Murphy law group to fight for your case.

The worst lawyer ever! Talks a big game to get her retainer, but then she refuses to take phone calls or answer emails. Two years later not one motion filed and still no court date. She is too busy being a mom to be an effective lawyer. She always has an excuse as to why she did not do her job. We are still waiting for a reimbursement of our retainer. Don't waste your money.
