I’ve used NRE a few years ago when Ryan first opened it and I can not believe the decline in the business in only a few years. Majority of the realtors here do this as a “side job” so they really couldn’t care less how quickly they return your call (if they do at all.) After leaving messages a few weeks ago with both Erin and Mike and no return call back, I used a different company altogether. I’m a huge supporter of small, local business’, but this one doesn’t make the list.

Buyers AND sellers beware. I was selling my property and the buyers realtor was Erin with Neighborhood Real Estate. Day of settlement, less than 2 hours before, I was notified that issues came up. I was asked to delay closing a few weeks. No big deal as issues arise. With the second closing date arriving, Erin was non responsive by not answering phone calls or emails. Completely unprofessional leaving me in the wind. Second closing comes and just like the first, it was cancelled hours before. They ask for another extension. At this point I did not want to pull out, re list and wait 6-8 more weeks
