This place is awesome!!! Going to the dentist has always made me super stressed and anxious. This led to avoiding the dentist and having a smile I was not so confident with. I tried Marconi because I was frustrated with my previous dentist and I am so glad I did. They are so organized, efficient, and friendly! They created a plan with me, got me started with Invisalign and were absolutely warm and inviting (Megan and Ashley are the best!). I'm on my last two Invisalign trays and my teeth look so much better. I catch myself smiling on zoom a lot more instead of smiling and quickly covering my teeth

Horrible experience. My wife and I went here and never went back. She got a crown and I got my teeth cleaned. The dentist that worked on me was in training and while she did a good job, I experience pain in my gums for more than two weeks which has never happened before.
My wife's crown was done poorly and she also experienced pain and sensitivity for weeks. She also felt like her tooth became loose.
This office is more focused on sales than taking care of patients. They kept calling us to go back until we had to block them. We felt that they were more focused on acquiring new paying clients

Today was my first visit. I was brought to the back fairly quickly and given a small tour of the building. I have never seen such a high tech dental office before! I think it’s awesome that they also have their own dental plan, so much is included. The staff is another amazing quality of the office. Every staff member was in a positive mood and they were all very pleasant to talk to, it made my experience so enjoyable.
I can honestly say, I’m looking forward to going to the dentist now!

Dr. Vasage, the owner of Marconi Dental Group is simply the best!
I have been a patient of Marconi Dental Group for 3 years, and their staff and state-of-the-art equipment have always been fantastic. But a week ago I had a dental emergency.
I called the emergency phone number, and Dr. Visage answered the phone personally. He listened carefully as I told him about my issue. Then he did something almost no dentist would ever do: he rearranged his personal schedule to come into the office the very next morning, on his day off no less, to take care of me personally! WOW!

We love Marconi Dental Group. We saw Sharon for our regular cleaning and she is always fantastic. My kiddo is autistic and has sensory issues. Sharon always remembers to have a blanket and the weighted vest available for her, remembers she can't stand anything minty, and alternates how she cleans based on how good or bad of a day we are having. I recently changed from a premier dentist to Marconi Dental Group and will not visit this office again. Before starting service with Marconi Dental, I spoke to the insurance verification staff, and gave them my Delta Dental insurance information and requested that my benefits be verified, and prior authorization obtained prior to recieving any services. I was assured my co-pay was verified and all services were prior authorized.
Unfortunately, not only was I lied to about the providers contractual status wth Delta Dental at the time the services were rendered, but non- authorized

I never tend to write reviews however in this case I have to share my experience. Although the dental staff is kind and timely the front desk team is a mess. I have never gone to a dentist or a doctors office that didn't verify insurance prior to getting services or visits done. I had a filling and two cleanings done and after the second cleaning I was then told there was an issue with my insurance, however I was told by the receptionist because they didn't check prior to my services they would figure out the cost. A month later now there is an issue and I get an invoice after speaking

This place has SCAMMED me, my family and people I know!!! MULTIPLE TIMES! I'm so disappointed that it has come to this and I'm forced to write this review...I have been a patient here for a couple years now despite the reputation they have...all my family and friends told me to stay away due to their experiences and I figured I'll give them a chance anyway since the location was convenient to me and I liked my hygienists. I had written a different post after my first visit to this dentist, stating how great I thought they were because I normally hate dentists. However, I have run into a couple of problems with them- 1)they placed a bridge in my mouth AFTER stating they were merely repairing an old bridge, which led to grinding down a second tooth (I understand why it had to be done, but they were not clear on what they would be doing ahead of time, which is something I told them was a BIG DEAL for me at my first appointment), 2)they are pushing "treatments" that aren't all covered by dental insurance

Can I just say why did it take me so long to go back to a dentist? And why didn't I find them sooner? I have been in Sacramento almost 3 years now. And was nervous to find a dentist. Absolutely horrendous office staff! The two dentists are amazing, but the office staff are horrible.
They have been trying to contact me by contacting the wrong phone number! I have no idea who's phone number this is & I told them to correct the phone number which they did, but continued to contact the wrong number.
Last week they cancelled my cleaning appointment and did not let me know. I have a busy school and work schedule, and when I arrived at my appointment on time they told me they have been trying to reach me AT THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER!

My husband had been trying to get me switch dentist for years, but I was happy where I was. Until I gave in and decided to give Marconi a try. When my first appointment was over all I could think was "Why did I wait so long"?
Marconi dental is an excellent dental office! The staff is reliable, friendly, and professional and they have the most thorough and gentle staff I've ever experienced.
I once had to have multiple cavities filled, and I kid you not, the dentist was so gentle I fell a sleep in the chair! I WAS SOLD AFTER THAT!

- Dentist didn't seem like he was in any rush and seemed very knowledgeable in terms of how my teeth would straighten over time
- Reasonable Invisalign quote (based on the quotes I've received from other places in the area)

- Dental assistant who did the scans/photos/etc. seemed like she was not having it on the day that I went (she seemed a bit exhausted/agitated); felt a bit uncomfortable, mentally, throughout most of the appointment

The moment I walked in through those doors they made me feel so comfortable. The front desk was efficient in getting me settled in and quick to make the right appointments for me. Also when seeing Dr. Fisher he was most worried about how to make my teeth healthier. He set me up with right appointment and was true to me about everything. My boyfriend had several holes in his teeth from various cavities. We came in after being quoted $2,000 from another dentist. Not only was everyone extremely professional but helpful as well. They follow HIPPA well(which is very important for confidentiality)
They're respectful of budgets and try to help as much as they can.
The procedure cost $3000 at this location and cost NOTHING out of pocket for us.

For starters, it doesn't feel genuine. We were given a tour upon arrival and there was a wall of certificates next to another wall of mission work pictures. Some may be impressed, but others like me find these efforts suspicious. We had already encountered the doctors in passing but it was almost robotic the way they avoided any eye contact. Then we were led to complete some paperwork with water bottle gifts and letters with BOTH of our names misspelled. I let it go and try to be appreciative of the extra perks in exchange for solicited reviews.

As the owner of this company, you clearly have a doctorate in dentistry and not logic or customer service. Your response to my initial review, which insults customers, is not only ridiculous, more importantly it is false. My Delta Dental Statement does not state "This is Not a Bill" anywhere, because IT IS THE BILL. Clearly you are overcharging Delta Dental and the customers. The total cleaning charged is $362 and the PATIENT PAYS portion of this standard cleaning is $160.
