Franklin Terrace

The new management team never answers their phone, are rarely open during their business hours, and one of the worst maintenance services ever. They say they’ll come and do respirations but never show up. I have to report something at least 3 times before they finally decide to show up.

Moved in with my boyfriend who lived here at the time and I would have to say this is the worst place I have ever lived. I had my laundry stolen and reported, nothing ever happened. Then few weeks later my garage was broken into and had almost everything stolen! Not once, but twice! I guess break-ins were normal here. This would definitely not be my first choice.

This was my first apartment, and I'm so glad. Geovanna and adrian (the managers) are the most humble and nicest people ever. Give them an issue and they'll fix it immediately. They've been there a few years so they know the place like the back of their hand. Given the way the area around the apartments look, my wife and I always thought of these apartments as an oasis. Its gated, has well kept laundry facilities, and the managers do well at keeping the place (and pool) maintained. You get an assigned parking spot and a garage as well. The managers do well of making sure shady people that dont belong

My husband and I have lived at Franklin Terrace for nearly 3 years and we absolutely loved it! The property is always well maintained and any issues we had in our apartment got fixed very quickly. The managers are very polite and professional. Some of the nicest people we have ever met! We have very much enjoyed calling these apartments our home.
