In our fast-paced and stress-filled lives, we are usually able to find a balance, but there are times when we need help to better cope with the larger challenges. To balance the demands of school, work and home, you may be experiencing challenges and struggles with maintaining positive relationship and/or high performance.

Depressive and emotional pain may prevent individuals from developing the relationship and performance they expect. If you are having difficuty coping on your own, counseling or psychotherapy can be beneficial. During our sessions together, we will work with you to develop techniques to help better manage life issues that have been creating road blocks in your life.

I am Shu-Lan, a Licensed Master's Social Worker and a Clinical Social Worker, working with children, adults, and families in Ann Arbor, Michigan. University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 2003 and received my two Master's degrees/trainings in both Education and Social Work majoring in mental health counseling.
