I made it clear that this was my first attempt at reaching out for help and that I'd never done anything like this before and asked about my co pay and was never given an answer. I was in a great deal of distress and wasn't quite in my right mind and no one told me about any co pay so each appointment I made I was charged automatically without any notification. There may have been a notice when I signed up for services but in my state of distress this didn't stick out. Do not move forward with any appointment before confirming co pay or they may automatically charge you.
