My passion is supporting others to connect to the "wholeness" they already are so that they can experience greater self-acceptance and self-love. To me, "healing" is not fixing what we believe is broken about ourselves, but rather about remembering the innate wholeness that we already are. Whatever confusion or hardship you have gone through or are currently experiencing, you are not broken. Know that the pain and discomfort you may be feeling - or in many cases avoiding feeling - is arising for a very important purpose.
This course is for anyone who desires to encourage newfound potentials and higher levels of awareness in others. Holding space is not a detached state of being, it is about conscious, active engagement. It is about YOU as the space holder being a calming, energizing, transformative presence in the world.
