I'm providing one star because ZERO isn't an option. Do Not use this prejudice, snobby, rude, condescending and outright no integrity nor honor having agent Tausha Carlson!!! I implore any First Responders, Disabled Veterans or anyone needing to leave the town or state prior to the sale to avoid her like the plague!!! She doesn't at all care anything about you, except your money. She advertises like a pro and definitely lies very well, however, if your not there "in person" to FORCE this lazy lying agent to be held accountable, she Will Not truly help you not be there

My wife and I worked with Marathon Real Estate when we were looking for a home in Austin. We ended up building our beautiful forever home on South Austin after we were directed to a builder with available lots in Circle C. Tausha and her team were there at every step of the process - they helped us to understand what would happen, how it would happen, and when it would happen. They were there with us at every meeting, and were there for the final walk through.

Tausha, Sabreena, and the rest of the team were incredibly helpful for our home buying process. There comes a time as a broker when the circumstances are such that you need to hire another broker to help you sell a property. Such was the case almost 2 months ago when I reached out to Tausha.
I had a lot on my plate already professionally and I knew I was going to be leaving soon for a family vacation. I didn't want extra work on top of an already heavy client load and additionally we felt we could benefit from having an objective voice in the room throughout the process.

I was moved to Austin for work and used Tausha as my buyers agent which went wonderfully. Her market knowledge and connectivity helped me find a home that was a great investment. Tausha and her team were experts on helping us make sure we didn't mess up things along the way, but also that we didn't miss even the smallest little detail.
