Services
The first (DUI "per se") refers to driving a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08% or higher. This may occur even when a driver shows no signs of impairment whatsoever, as long as he/she has a level of alcohol in his/her blood above the legal limit. The second part refers to the actual impairment of abilities.

This term is used rather loose but, Mr Gold saved my life. He is a straight forward tell you like it is attorney. He taught me a lot about my own self. With his no bs approach guided me onto the path of sobriety & positivity I've needed for sometime now. His approach may seem intimidating to some but this great man's only goal is to do the most good for his client. Spoke w/ Mr. Gold, a very passionate and intelligent man. I can tell he is an experienced DUI attorney. Very professional, took a caring, understanding of my son's situation. Because of Jeff Gold, my son got the treatment he needed instead of jail time. When you are an addict, going to jail will not help you get on the road to recovery. And this is what Jeff Gold knew, and professionally helped the court understand and ordered a treatment center where my son got professional help he needed. It's not often you find an attorney that is as committed to helping you with your case as Jeffrey Gold is. Contrary to most of the DUI case reviews on yelp, my case was a license suspension for being an uncontrolled diabetic. When I searched for attorneys on line this firm was the first one that popped up. I immediately gave them a call and his assistant Mandy immediately passed me over with Mr. Gold. While he can be intimidating at first, he is also brutally honest and does not hesitate to let you know his services are not cheap but he will help you if you are willing to do all he asks

I was involved in a Felony DUI on Oct. 2, 2013. There were 2 counts of felonies and it involved an injury to the person in the other car. I didn't know what to do so I sought a lawyer through the internet. I came across a couple of attorneys around my area. The first one I went to was welcoming. The secretary was more than helpful, but the attorney was not in and she said she would notify him to call me. I received the call from the attorney and told him everything that transpired.
