*update, dog died of lymphoma days later btw, she was treated elsewhere for the end of life service she desperately needed and was DENIED here. Because we didn't want to put her through a full new set of vaccines, these evil money hungry people turned her away that day ..for something SO petty. Greed is evil. Vaccinating a dying dog is outrageous. These people are sick. She needed pain meds and a gentle exit of this world, not some money hungry jerks.

My experience was terrible. First I arrive early for my appointment and was told their would be a 40 min delay. To which I replied that I would return in an hour. I was 20 min early if my appointment time was delayed 40 minutes than that would be the correct time. I was told if I left the parking lot I would forfeit my appointment and be considered a walk in and more than likely not be seen. So I waited. I had an OKAY experience the first visit although it was poorly executed with the curbside visit and my pup caught kennel cough from their location but I STILL tried to give them another chance and called 10 min before closing because that’s the only time I had free after work to schedule an appointment and my call was answered and hung up on 4… times!!! The absolute WORST customer service and just because of their lack of follow up after my pup got sick from their location and one receptionist that didn’t wanna answer the phone 10 min before closing I will not ever be returning

They scam new patients. Rude don’t admit when a mistake is made by them. $30 to make an appointment than they cancel your appointment and no refund or credit for next appointment. Very unprofessional. If this is how their front office works I would hate to see how an animal is treated. I would not recommend them to anyone. The facility is in horrible condition.

My miniature schnauzer was not feeling well, we took her in for an examination and for testing to be done on her, blood work etc. this was on Jan.28,2021 Thur, we trusted these people telling us that she was going to be ok. On Friday afternoon she was very ill and weak. I called on Friday and left a voice message that was to no avail because there… is no one on call to check the messages. I had been taking my American Bully to this clinic and everything was fine until my job took me out of the city and trying to get them to authorize simple flea and heart worm medication with an online carrier became an issue. They tried to force me to buy the medicine thru them, I spoke to a woman who did not empathize with our situation and… declined to give us a written prescription so I could get my dog’s medication thru my preferred carrier she said could give a record of past prescriptions but nothing for the future.
