Executive Chef Michael specializes in mostly Italian and American dishes. Michael attended his culinary training in Boston, Massachusetts. He is proud to say that he's been in the food industry as a chef for 22 years. In addition to his work at Portofino's, he has also worked for Calandra's Il Vecchio Cafe, Caldwell, NJ and for Paparazzi, Short Hills, NJ.
