Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. We do accept debit cards, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.

Love Lili Vet! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. If I have an emergency they don’t hesitate to get Hank in right away! Dr. Okafor and her staff always takes extra care to make sure Hank is healthy and happy! We’ve been coming here since Hank was a puppy and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

You don't want your dog dead or hurt!!! They Lost our trust!!!!!!! PLEASE READ
I have an older dog with a serious yet treatable condition. We made an action medical plan with Dr. LILI and they disregarded it WITHOUT CALLING ABOUT THE CHANGE. Our senior dog received a serious shot that would make it very difficult to walk, the action plan was: he would get his first vaccine he stay the night and then pick him up next day: and in 30 days he would get another vaccine and the stay another night and then 24 hours later he would get another and then stay again to be observed. Todays visit earns Zero Stars.
I have been faithfully visiting lily vet for several years with my three pets needs. Today’s appointment was a follow up for one of my dogs. Nothing significant, foot bandage removal, checking foot status for infection and get some annual booster shots.
We sat in the lobby 25 minutes past the start time for my pets appointment waiting to be placed into a staging room. While there we watched other pets get placed into rooms for their appointments; for people who arrived after we did. There were also open clean rooms available.

I have so many great things to say about this vet clinic. Firstly; I was panicked and needed emergency services because my pet was very ill after getting them from the ADL, and they took us in last minute and provided the best care and saved my baby! We continued going there since for all her regular care and they’ve been just amazing. They’re also affordable. Rest assured your animals can be trusted in their hands, whether it’s for vet care, routine, grooming etc. wish I could take them with me when we move 😅

I highly recommend DR OKAFOR at LILI Veterinary Hospital. I’ve been going to her for 3 years. The staff is incredibly helpful, but most importantly they care! MANDI who is now the office manager deserves great praise! She follows through and will help you with all your needs! NICK is the best tech I’ve known!

I absolutely do not recommend them. They sutured my puppy’s paw twice and when we came for a follow up they tried to charge me for the visit after I was told at the last visit there would be no charge. They then left my pup with a gaping open wound on her paw because they removed her bandage and wanted to charge me another $50 to re-wrap her paw. Sutures were left hanging from her paw. They do not care for pet’s well-being, they only care about getting paid. This is after I have already paid them close to $1000 to take care of her injury. The sutures were not done well and are still not holding

In my attempt for taking care of feral cats turned friendly, Dr. Okafor and her staff really showed understanding and appreciation towards my efforts. They were instructive, flexible and compassionate about the needs for both the cats and myself! Along with being kind and friendly, the rooms are spotless and the handling of the animals is so gentle and caring. A big thanks to Dr. O and her staff.
