Robert C. Russell is an experienced attorney serving individuals, families and small businesses in the Vancouver, WA area since 1989. Rob grew up in Vancouver, WA and graduated from Columbia River High School in 1982 with cum laude honors. He then graduated from Linfield College in 1986 with cum laude honors.

We had a client who was facing a lot of financial difficulties. They were dealing with overwhelming debt, and their complex situation only made it harder to get the debt relief they needed. They had consulted with another lawyer prior, but that lawyer only cared about getting his money and didn't give our client any advice regarding their situation.
We had a client who was scared of filing bankruptcy because they didn't want to lose their home. During the initial consultation, it was clear that they knew that filing bankruptcy is the solution to their debt problems. But they were behind on mortgage payments and didn't know if they'll be able to stop foreclosure if they filed bankruptcy.

Being in the difficult position of having to file bankruptcy, you have to find someone you trust to help you through the process. Mr. Russell put us at ease and was so easy to work with! You never felt judged or looked down upon by Mr. Russell or any of the office staff. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. When I first met Mr Russell, I was very concerned about everything going on and I didn’t honestly see a clear path forward. I had been dealing with these issues for so long that I had just resigned myself to accepting this is just how life had to be. I made a few mistakes early on with some credit cards and then a car accident caused me to rack up a lot of medical debt .... it seemed to just snowball from there and no matter how hard I tried I couldn’t get ahead of it.

After attempting to file for ourselves (and upsetting the judge and the trustee!) we went to Mr. Russell for help. He was able to calm down the court and successfully file a proper Chapter 13. We are now approved and well on our way to financial recovery. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
