I’ve been seeing Irina and Leo for 5+ years at their Cedar Lake location. I go there every chance I get. The massages are excellent and reasonably priced. Irina also gives chiropractic adjustments, which together with the massage help tremendously with headaches and back pain. I highly recommend this place for stress relief and for treating yourself.

A few weeks ago I googled "Deep Tissue Massage in St. Louis Park, MN" and it was the luckiest day of my life. I have suffered from a pinched nerve for years that has resulted in crippling muscle tightness. After several series of PT and Chiropractic services, I decided to simply look for a massage therapist in my neighborhood to supplement the other services. OMG I cannot say enough good things about Iryna! That was a massage like no other that I have had! She was a complete pleasure to meet and to have work on me. Her methods are impecible and I was very impressed with her abilities to loosen me up and even allow me to come back in and get an additional adjustment as I locked up overnight after the massage. She genuinely cares about how you are feeling and treats your body like a piece of artwork that she is molding back to health! She can answer any questions you may have medically and nutritionally and is very efficient in working the entire kinetic

The place may not be fancy, but it's a better massage than I've ever gotten at places with "atmosphere". They take the health benefits of massage seriously and are very professional. I have had massages from both Leo and Irina, and both are great. Irina in particular has helped me recover from chronic back pain. So, skip the plants and fancy surroundings and get the best massage you'll ever have from very knowledgeable professionals.
