Our Angel Fund is used for pets that have been strayed, displaced, or injured for whatever reason and presented by a Good Samaritan for necessary treatment, rehabilitation and rehoming. In these cases we accept contributions of any amount to help cover expenses only. Your help would be greatly appreciated and have our sincere gratitude.
At PetWorks Express, you can expect state of the art medical care for your four-legged companions. We believe in nurturing the human-animal bond and creating a harmonious relationship between people and animals. You can expect to be greeted by a courteous receptionist, clean exam rooms, friendly doctors, and caring technicians.

Our clinic sees walk-ins only for preventive and wellness services. Wellness services are provided to healthy animals only. We are unable to treat extremely sick or injured animals under these circumstances. It is necessary for owners/guardians to have a relationship with a private practitioner veterinarian for those situations and services.
Procedures done on dogs and cats are challenging for a variety of reasons, one being that they often don't want to be still while doctors and staff are trying to help the animal. They also have a level of stress that comes from being in a an unfamiliar environment. Because of this, the use of anesthesia is a beneficial way to give pets the care they need.

Still using Petworks Express for the kitten. We ended up keeping her and she got her discounted shots from Petworks Express plus getting fixed. They have a new app for my iPhone that I think is helpful and includes your visit history.
Going forward I am going to stick with this veterinarian as it is conveniently located and priced right.

Worse experience ever these people literally have than"they can wait if they want" attitude. Take you're pet anywhere else but this place first they'll tell u to leave your pet in the car in the heat while u get off and check in. After u check in u can wait in your car for hours for someone to come see u the people that work here are all unprofessional and lazy. Oh and they only see 1 pet at a time because or "COVID" this place is a joke please go elsewhere. U GET WHAT U PAY FOR.

Our dogs came here since they were a puppy and this is the first time writing a bad review for this place. We only off on the weekend and Petworks Express open Saturday from 9:00 - 1:00 and they told me before the cutoff time for the last patient is noon. We took both of our dogs for an annual checkup and we arrived at 10:45 am. The gentleman in the front indicated that they can't take any walk-in today and ONLY NO WALK-IN TODAY. I told him we drove from Katy, and he said they already have 11 patients before us, and the doctor will leave in an hour. He also said, "you should come here

I've been taking my dog, Sparky, here for years. I really appreciate the vets and staff explaining the services they recommend, listening to concerns, and mutually determining a go forward plan. I like to know why certain services are recommended and I find the vets in particular to be really easy going when questioned.

Called earlier this afternoon, was told:
Walk-in services only, open til 6.
I drove an hour in traffic for them to tell me upon arriving @ 4:45 that the doctor leaves at 5 and I can come back tomorrow.
Person answering the phone: Tell people their pets can't be seen by a doctor after 4:30.

I wish I could rate this place no stars. I never write reviews but this needs to be addressed. The professionalism here is down right terrible. Let me explain. So I decided to go here because it's conveniently close by, and all the good reviews online. Once I arrived here last week on a Wednesday, I was quickly turned away due to an outbreak of Covid.So even though my wife and I were annoyed, that we took the day off to bring in our pet for a simple wellness exam, and could not get it done we were understanding. My Husband and I decided to go to this place because of how amazing the reviews was online. However, when we called them to schedule an appointment, they said " oh we only take walk in" which we were cool about it. When we showed up to the place, they said sorry we are closed because someone tested positive for COVID-19 so please come back next week. Fast forward to today, we contacted them yesterday and asked if they are open and they said "yes" and they even recommended us to come before 2:00 p.m. We showed up today and yet again!!! I come here a lot with my cat and dog, due to Covid-19 they weren't allowing any owners in with their pets. We arrived 15/30mins before opening and put the cats name on the board, we took him there for a uti check. After an hour and a half of waiting in the car the cat started to pant heavily so I took him to the front door, they took him in without any information or anything and just put him on the floor right next to the door. 30 mins later I go to check on hiM and they say it'll be another hour while a lady gets out from her car behind me and starts to yell saying she's been

Was recommended by a rescuer that takes her rescues to this vet. Dr. Solis and vet techs were super sweet and very compassionate with my pet.
They have different packages and provide pricing upfront on their website which is refreshing since you can go prepared and know how much and what vaccines, treatments and test cost.
Location is very convenient. Facilities are very clean.Planning on taking my second pet soon. Highly recommend this place.

We have been bringing our Yorkie here for years and they have provided excellent service! Very understanding and the prices have always been very reasonable. We moved and now I need to research another vet, but very sad to leave such an amazing practice. The wait can be long at times but very worth it!

My hat is tipped to the staff here. Today I brought my foster dog in to have an eye injury evaluated. I'll review our care later but first I must address the incident that occurred here with a Psychotic Client.
A very unreasonable woman, came in and began asking myself and each of the other clients in the waiting room what they were there for. One woman told her she was picking up her dog after spaying.
Psycho Lady started complaining to the entire room that the staff LIED to her and told her no animals were fixed bc an Emergency came in...the receptionist spoke up addressing the woman

Took my niece & nephew's kitten here for her vaccination and check up. This place is in a strip center near the Fitness Connection on Westheimer. We were originally going to take the kitty to The Cat Hospital down the street but decided to cancel that appointment and come here because the costs were 40-50% cheaper.
