LEKFIT was founded by celebrity fitness instructor and former professional dancer Lauren E. Kleban. Lauren created the LEKFIT Method upon recognizing the need for more efficient and effective workout options that promoted health and longevity.

We provide exclusive access to the LEKFIT Libraries: Basics, Elevated Basics, In Ten, In Thirty, Daily In Five, Mama, BOLD, Jetset and Outside the Studio (OTS). With each library, you'll find targeted and specific workouts for all of your needs. LEKFIT Digital is designed to bring the LEKFIT studio experience with you anytime + anywhere.
We believe a workout should be equal parts fun and effective. Physical fitness is an opportunity to celebrate our bodies ability to move rather than punish it. We encourage all LEKFIT clients to intuitively choose their workout as we strive to eliminate rigid schedules that can lead to burn out and often times resulting in a lack of desire to keep up with fitness goals.

LEKFIT has changed my life! I have been on LEKFIT digital since Oct 2018. I used to hate working out but LEKFIT is so fun it doesn't even feel like a workout! I seriously look forward to working out now. Boost is my favorite but I love all the workouts and LOVE that there is so many options on workouts and length of workouts. LEKFIT IS THE BEST!!!

Excellent on demand workout. Requires a good amount of equipment but it’s a fixed set that rotates weekly so once you stock up, you’re set. New classes every single day, with each week focusing on different muscles. Best value I’ve found for a workout you can do at home at anytime. It’s fun and HARD and it never gets boring.

Does not follow LA County health mandate by requiring customers and employees to wear masks during class. Poor customer service. Does not respond well to any public criticism - will delete/ignore anything that provides constructive feedback rather than acknowledge and respond to it.

I have been attending LEKFIT classes digitally for several years now. When I first started streaming, the LEKFIT team was creating dynamic, thoughtful workouts from a garage that was retrofitted to a studio. Now that LEKFIT is filmed in their beautiful new studio, the video quality is amazing. The music is always fire and you can tell that Lauren and her team always have a plan. Every move is thought out and in line with the muscle groups that are in focus each week. I feel like I really am getting a great value for the money. This work out never gets old. One day I would love to visit the beautiful

I was EXTREMELY intimidated when I considered taking my first LEKFIT class in person, but I am so glad I put that aside and finally tried it for the first time in August. Let me tell you, everyone who works there could not be sweeter, even the other clients are so warm and friendly. It is quite possibly the friendliest work out community I've ever been a part of. The work outs are challenging and effective. Like I mentioned I've been coming pretty consistently since August (give or take a few weeks) and I cannot believe how much stronger I am getting. They have been holding unmasked classes since spring 2021. I canceled my subscription to their app because I found it upsetting to have to watch a bunch of unmasked people work out every week. I don't want to support a place that asks clients to buy/bring weights out of "safety" but describes masking as a "personal choice" . It's a really bad look for privileged, wealthy women to deny a pandemic is happening, particularly to BIPOC in their community.

I called and emailed Lekfit to find out their mask and vaccination policies since it's an indoor gym and there was no indication on the website. I got vague answers which wasn't surprising being that their social media touts infrared heat and air filtration. What??! So I indeed went in to take a class and sure enough, instructors and students all maskless. Not a care in the world. Shame on them.

I started attending LEKFIT nine months ago. I was nervous to attend because I hadn't done a workout like LEKFIT before.
From the moment you step in the studio you feel positive energy.
You're greeted by the sweetest girls.
They're so patient and kind and answered all of my questions.
The studio is the cleanest most beautiful space I've worked out in.

It’s a great workout, fun and effective. But they are not following the mask ordinance, leaving customers and the general public at risk. It’s an intentionally hot and steamy room with no open windows. They could take it outside, but the owner is advertising her infrared lighting and humidifiers as “unfavorable for germs” and “immune system… boosting”. That’s with 1195 COVID cases and 28 deaths in LA just today. Completely irresponsible. I can’t watch her smug face in the videos with this blatant disregard for public health, so “LEK&rdquo
