This is in regards to the property manager Michele Bodnor for Poets Corner in South Park, Pa. She is one of the nicest landlords, and has done an excellent job in taking care of this property since she had taken over last year. This complex looks so much better, things are getting done now, and it is very clean and sanitary within the building. It hasn’t looked this good in a long time. She is also very responsive to the tenants needs. This is the type of employee that deserves to be recognized for her hard work and dedication. I am thoroughly impressed.

I have lived at Greenbriar since the summer of 2003 and I cant say enough good things about the property, the maintence team or Tiffany. My ONLY issue ever is sometimes parking can be an issue. Everytime that I have ever had a need, they handle iit ASAP. The location of the plan is amazing, so convenient to everything . It looks like youre driving into a park when you come down the driveway, In the springtime, the trees blossom so prettily. In the winter, the walkways are shoveled very early, the parking lots plowed. I cant recommend this place enough.

Easily the worst real estate company I've ever leased from. All the employees I've spoken to over the phone have a nasty attitude especially the front desk who picks up the phone every time I've ever had her ring up the phone she's been rude.
The apartment I toured and the one I moved into were completely different the one I moved into is disgusting so I feel like I got scammed into moving in. With the built in smelling intensely of urine and pee stains on the tile. I wrote several complaints to them but somehow they've never seemed to respond. While it took some time to fit into the schedule, Eugene has been here working to redo the electrical of my entire apartment for a few days. I wish there were more of him! He is very professional, takes pride in his work, and is a true asset to the Union Real Estate team. He had excellent communication skills showing up when he said he would be here, explaining the work, and showing me the updated electrical. He was also courteous and cleaned up after his work each day he was here. I look forward to working with him with future maintenance needs.

This agency is timely in their responses, and each agent I was in contact with ensured that my experience was as easy and positive as possible. They had a great facility and really seemed to provide excellent resources for all of their tenants. If I was ever looking to live in the Pittsburgh area again, I would definitely rent through them!

Don’t even apply to this company- they make you pay a deposit to consider your application, but as soon as you pay it the apartment is not available. I was told I’d be refunded the deposit, and it has now been almost two weeks with no refund and they’ve begun ignoring me. The best I’ve gotten is an automated email just telling me the apartment isn’t available. Don’t pay them anything, and look somewhere else. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever tried to rent from.

I had a positive experience living in the Ambassador Apartment for three years. I always felt they were professional and personable. My apartment was very clean and in good condition upon arrival and Dave the building manager was friendly, caring, and responsive.

The Union Real Estate gave a fantastic offer to it's residents as they renewed their leases. A free high traffic area carpet cleaning. The cleaning people did a GREAT job on that! The residence in which I reside in is super clean. Outside of the movement of the furniture they almost did the carpet cleaning for the entire residence. The carpet cleaning company were friendly, efficient, and respectful of your home.
In addition, earlier this year at Greenbriar Village Apartments the pool was fully redone which looks fantastic! Nice work on the pool and it's needed renovation work after 25+ years

I put in a security deposit and application 10 days before I was supposed to move in after going on a tour guided by a man who knew nothing about the place he was touring. 3 days before, I see the security deposit BACK IN MY BANK ACCOUNT... In the most unprofessional leasing act ever, they gave me BACK my security deposit just days before I was supposed to move in.
