We loved it here until our last experience. I had an appt for our new kitten at 3:30. I waited in my car for an hour for his appt. I called a couple times and they said all their rooms were busy. Customer service is very poor here. I left after waiting an hour. Not once did they call when a room had even opened up. I will not be returning here and taking our fur babies elsewhere. Truly disappointing.

My boyfriend and his family started using Dr. Bridges about 20 yrs ago and I have continued by bringing my zoo here also!! Very professional and such great people that work in the office. I brought my 3 month old German Shepherd in to have her last round of boosters. Additionally, I showed Dr.Bridges her rash and he prescribed Bravecto for a dog of the age 6 months. 20 minutes after the chew she began crying, shaking, and lost all bladder control. He also prescribed 50 mg of Benadryl 3 times a day for a 3 MONTH OLD PUP. Not coming back. My dog is in pain and I wish I saved $147 dollars.

What a great find! I called and was given a 7:30 pm appointment same day although they closed at 7pm...I called a second time and asked is this was right...and I was reassured by the staff that they would see my Curly after hours! Luckily my appointment was rescheduled because of a cancellation! Yay!
Upon arrival there was a very aggressive dog checking out and I was certain he was going to have me and Curly for a snack! We we're greated quickly with smiling faces and placed in a treatment room!

When my 2 dogs were pups we took them to a clinic I will not name, although our experience was fine when the dogs were young, we needed a more comprehensive, experienced, and personal experience as my dogs began to age. Dr. Bridges explains everything to you and gives you options in a way that anyone can understand. Dr. Bridges is very compassionate and has often made calls after hours to give results because he understands how important your pet can be to you.
