The staff is really what makes this place great. Everyone is both, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
The staff is always proactive and accommodating as much as possible, including trying to fit in special last minute appointments.
The Doctor is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and does what is best for your pet.
If I lived closer, I would make this my primary veterinary clinic. When i have very specific needs, I go out of my way to come here because i know that the staff will provide the level of care.

Dr. Rigoni is the most caring cat vet I have ever seen or could ever imagine. We drive from I 10 west past Beltway 8 to I 45 south almost to NRG stadium and it is so worth it. She is really wonderful and shockingly affordable. I am Jennifer's mom. If I could, I would give her 10 out of 5 stars!!

Don't be fooled by these other bad reviews... they are there to do what they do.. they take care of CATS not PEOPLE!

!! DO NOT SPAY/NEUTER CATS HERE !!
First off the receptionist were rude. I left my 2 cats here before i went off to work in the morning. i was told i would NOT be called when they are ready to be picked up and to just show up between 3-5pm? later that day i received a phone call from the “vet” saying one of the my cats had some complications. she was bleeding internally and had to go back into surgery to correct a MISTAKE he did.
I was unaware of the pregnancy between one of my cats. they go ahead and proceed with the surgery without informing you of this because they get a lot more money

Outstanding place, friendly staff, and helped us with a great level of care. Our cat had her ears infected and 'All Cats' helped us take care of it very efficiently.
Prior to our visit here we went to another clinic where doctors did not exam our cat's ears, gave her steroid shots, prescribed strange meds, and said it was ear mites. Nothing helped and turns out it was not ear mites. Now our cat is feeling much much better, all thanks to 'All Cats!'

The Vet who works here is just like monkey who doesn't know what she's doing. I don't know where she graduated from, it must be barely graduated after 20 years delayed. Better go to SNAP in Durham Dr, it's a low cost spay/neuter place, it's a routine procedure for them to spay/neuter cats. BUT NOT for the vet in All Cats Clinic, she managed to screw up a minor surgery.

This spot is very unprofessional and my friend was sent her cat to do the spay surgery! My friend's cat was die because of the surgery! However, the doctor even didn't come out to meet us, when we write a review under their facebook page, they even don't know our cat's gender! How unprofessional are they! I hope this place can shut down! Their doctor are completely unprofessional and they don't have skills! Also they are trying to run away from this! They deleted our review and the doctor just refuse to take to us! They don't deserve to be a vet hospital!

It's hard to imagine that I lost my favorite cat here. Our whole family was in grief. It was completely unexpected that a small sterilization operation would have caused our family member cat to leave the world. On the morning of April 2, 2021, our lively, cute and healthy cat died in just 2 days after being sent to this pet hospital on Friday, April 2, 2021. Due to their surgery, the cat had hemorrhage. They even said our The cat's physique is not good. How could the cat die if it wasn't because you couldn't stop the bleeding after the operation. This veterinary hospital does not assume any responsibility

All Cats is a great, relatively low-cost vet clinic. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about what your cats need. When my kitty was having some horrible bladder issues that led to him being given fluids and catheterized for like 5 days, they helped us out and gave him treatment at a fraction of the price that other clinics would have charged. We always count on All Cats to take care of our kitties!

I've been going to All Cats Vet since the late 1980s and now drive 20 miles to keep giving my cats the best care in Houston. Cindy is not just an experienced expert, but is a local authority on feline issues. They truly care about each and every furry creature they see. Prices are very competitive and worth every penny. I've been recommending All Cats to all of my cat-loving friends for decades and they always circle back to thank me. If your cat brings you the joy that my sweet Tiger Lily brings me, you wouldn't think of taking her anywhere else!

I've used All Cats several times for TNR services, and they do a great job with the ferals/semi-ferals. They are highly communicative about any potential issues, and they treat my ferals just like an owned cat. (If you believe you can own a cat.) We've only had positive experiences here, including working in a last-minute kitten we got.

Very great place to take your cats. It's only for cats obviously. They took really good care of both my cats. Gave me some great advice, even recommended some things we can do to help our cats before spending more money on them if unnecessary. Definitely recommend.

I absolutely love this place. I was referred over by fat cat flats (also amazing). If your cat is not happy with taking a normal bath they can sedate (put them in a twilight zone) until the grooming is complete. The staff is so friendly and personable. I have 3 cats and the one I brought is a little on the rambunctious side. They treated my cat (whootie) so great. When I picked him up, he was literally glowing! He’s a long haired Persian kitty and mats easily. He’s been to groomers before and hasn’t looked this good! I’m definitely taking him here from now on. Thank y’all so much!

Don't bring your cat here. I brought my foster kitten here after he had some stomach issues from being weaned off the bottle. The doctor looked at him for two seconds before telling me he had heart issues and had only a few hours to live and needed to be euthanized. I immediately took him to Greenway Animal Clinic and they said there was nothing wrong with his heart! His issue was just with his food, and a quick switch to Royal Canin baby cat food fixed his issues! 2 months later, he is very much alive and well. This doctor is known to put down many kittens. Do not do that unless you have

The staff is knowledgeable and the doctors are great. They are dedicated to making and fostering healthy cats. They give you the best advice and work with you when needed. The office is a bit small and it can get overwhelming but they do everything they can to help you and your cat. I've trusted them with my handsome boy for 17 years now!

All Cats has been my vet of choice for almost a decade now, and my entire family bring their pets here. As the name of this place states, they only provide veterinary care for felines. The vet, Dr. Rigoni, has worked for over three decades as a vet specializing solely in cats. She genuinely has an affinity for cats and cares for her furry little patients; she doesn't seem to care nearly as much for people, which is a trait I greatly admire (and also share). She performs a lot of spays and neuters for animal rescue groups, animal shelters, and trap/release programs.

The staff is very helpful

Incredible service and kindness from All Cats this week. We are working with HOPE to trap neuter release a cat colony in our neighborhood and All Cats was the vet they sent us to as a part of the program. They could not have been nicer to me, to the Feral cats, or to us through the process which was our first experience with feral animals. I am truly grateful for all they did for these animals and for us. Highly recommended.

Dr. Rigoni is a great veterinarian but her rude staff has caused her to lose my business. I have been taking my cats to Dr. Rigoni for 18 years and never had a problem until today. I was treated like a criminal for not carrying my cat's rabies vaccination with me, was told that I would be arrested if I got pulled over and didn't have it, and that they would not accept a rabies certificate from another veterinarian. Unless you're a fat, old, ugly, mean and lonely cat lady, you will not be welcomed at this clinic. I will never return and will gladly pay more at a clinic that treats

This is the best vet in Houston. The staff is always super friendly and full of good advices. Dr Regoni is very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I love coming here because I know my cats are in good hands. Dr. Regoni takes her time, not like other vets where you go in and out in a second. I know she cares for all the cats that come in, she always explains what you should feed the cats, how to treat a cat in order for them to be healthy. Other vets care less and just give them shots and you are out. My cats are in excellent hands with Dr. Regoni and I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Rigoni thinks like a cat. She is a real expert with a witchy-good "bedside manner", even when I've brought in a half-starved feral cat- or with my picky princess.

I highly recommend All Cats Vet.

The veterinarian here is VERY pretentious, I hate that I have to write this but I must state the obvious for other fellow cat-lovers seeking a vet for their baby. The lady at the front desk was nice to me, I'll give them that. NEVER going here again. The Cat Doctor is where to go in Houston!

*Disclaimer: I went to this vet because our current vet (The Cat Doctor) was not open when I needed to make an appointment for my kitten.....It was my last resort. Hope you all find this informative!

Went here through a rescue, the staff was extremely rude. Especially the woman with the short gray hair. When I was explaining what I needed looked at for this feral cat I was trying to help she whipped around and started raising her voice about how that was impossible. I explained the correct thing I was trying to say and she said well that's not the words we use here. Then they all proceeded to laugh about it. No sense of customer service. Absolutely rude. Do not go there.
