Today I had one of the most relaxing, restorative massages I've ever had and I've had a lot of massages. Sharon used just the right amount of pressure for a combination of therapy and relaxation. The aromatherapy oils, quiet background music, and her soft voice created a serene environment. The entire experience was one I would highly recommend.

For a therapeutic sports massage, Mark is the best. He finds the knots and trouble spots, and works them loose so that you can return to form like no other therapist I've experienced.

This place is amazing! I came a few weeks ago with a friend and got an amazing deep tissue (with cupping) massage from Machie. The next week I had a sudden calf injury after playing tennis and could barely walk. I called Serenity in a panic and they got me right in. Not only did I feel like I was in great hands with Mark, he also gave me guidance on how to recover. He also checked up on me and gave me tips throughout the next week and now my calf is pretty much back to normal! I think the massage really helped. They now have a very loyal customer in me!

Once again have come back and my mom and I couldn't be happier. Sharon and Kim are absolutely amazing at what they do. The care and time they put into their clients is unmatched. This is not the fanciest place I've ever gotten a massage but it is the best. I've been coming to Mark for deep tissue massages on a regular basis for years. He's helped me with back and leg pain related to degenerative disc disease, mild scoliosis and spinal stenosis. The massages are sometimes uncomfortable due to tight muscles that need to be worked but I don't go there to relax...I go there to feel better. Mark is very attentive to his patients' needs and always seems to be learning about new ways to help them. We've done deep tissue, acupressure, cupping and sports

I was desperately looking to get a massage because I had strained my neck while working out. I came across Serenity Wellness Spa on Yelp and they were able to get me in the same day. My massage therapist Machie was great! She focused most of her time on my neck and shoulders since they were super stiff. I will definitely be coming back to see Machie- she made me feel sooo much better!

Due to the challenges of this lockdown, we had to contact the owner via phone for advice about body issues my husband and I were having. Sharon was able to suggest using the Alana Botanic line for my husband's sore elbow. She later suggested I use it on my swollen ankle after a hiking accident. She then researched other products she has for good bone health since my accident is really a mildy fractured fibula. Sharon takes the time to listen and then consider how to be a part of our whole body wellness.

I had no idea what to expect from this place, having NEVER even been inside a sauna.
I left feeling amazing, relaxed and rejuvenated. They have two "medium" saunas, a dry sauna, and a 100% humidity steam room.
THE ICY PLUNGE. DO IT.
It IS co-ed, but honestly, the people there are respectful and I was comfortable.
Just a warning, we could not do the platza because the therapists were booked, call ahead! Will be back :)

The spa is not a spa, no showers, no place to relax. 2 Stars!
The sandra kept bossing me around. Zero Star!
The massage person gave a good athletic massage, lacks warmth, wants you out of the room fast because they crammed her full of appointments with no breathing space. 4 stars!
They send these auto survey to catch their bad service and prevent people posting the truth.

Found this place on google. I've been coming here for at least a few years for their amazing facials. I've seen pretty much most of their technicians and they are all great. My favorite is Julie! She been working on my skin the longest. She has also been super helpful educating me on what kind of products work best to keep my skin clean & clear. Thanks Julie! You rock!

If you're looking for a true deep tissue massage to really work out your muscles look no further than Nakia or Sam. Now this isn't a relaxing massage, let me tell you it hurts but in like the best way possible.
Nakia and Sam are incredible. I injured my back last year and thanks to them I was able to recover so much faster and I'm stronger than ever.
I'd recommend seeing one of them at least monthly, bi weekly if you really want to see a difference in your body.
Love this place, can't recommend it enough!

I forgot to get names.. but I'll write it as it is. My girlfriend and I booked an appointment for 2 Swedish massages on February 7, 2019 at 3pm.
We have been looking for a credible place for quite some time now and haven't been able to locate one till now. There were multiple massage places that were fairly priced, but had reviews where a masseur "touched" a female inappropriately. My girlfriend had that issue previously so yea...

Sharon is so knowledgeable and expert in her abilities and cache of wisdom. She takes the time to educate me, shows the patience and great concern to walk me through detoxes that take weeks, follows up with me, is always cheerful and positive, and is the most reassuring facialist/massage therapist/health coach I have ever worked with.
The spa is lovely and clean. The location is fabulous with street and lot parking half a block away. And there are 2 juice shops across the street to keep me motivated and wanting good health after I leave Serenity Wellness
