Nothing stands in this mans way. No virus. No uncooperative companies. When I hired James, it was pre pandemic. This man literally turned on me and sided with the defense at a settlement conference, very blatantly verbally beating on me about how lousy my case was and also getting the settlement conference mediator to agree with him. He got me a very low settlement in comparison to my injuries and not even covering the reimbursement liens on the case. He spent only $230 on the case which was reimbursement to the defense for them having to cancel a court reporter who was to take my deposition. I had to cancel the deposition on short notice due to a medical problem which could have become potentially life
