Desoto Holdings Inc. opened our Fort Myers office at 3949 Evans Ave in 2005. In 2007 we purchased 1665 Colonial Blvd, Ft. Myers, where we continue to operate as an 'employee-run' organization. All agents are licensed Realtors with the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach. Our company transacts approximately $54 million annually in local real estate assets.

Absolutely a great experience all around with desoto holdings. I sold my 2 rentals in Fort Myers in a matter of 15 days start to finish..Desoto Holdings paid cash and bought both my properties "as is" and assumed my tenants. The transaction was smooth from start to finish and I could not recommend desoto, and their employees, enough.

Be very wary of going down this pathway. DeSoto facilitates As-is cash sales for homes and as you might imagine, it's a slippery process. We inherited a home and were keen to avoid extensive renovations prior to selling. I contacted Ian, he viewed the home and verbally quoted a price. Of course, that price was quickly reduced as it came time to extend an actual contract. The agreement called for a 24-day close with an out clause for inspection. After several delays, they eventually 'inspected' the home, claimed there was extensive unforeseen work and canceled the deal. While
