I take all 3 of my dogs here.. they are always so nice over the phone about my concerns or just to make an appointment. The vet techs and vet are great and take good care of my pups. I just recently took our new puppy there and they had a puppy package that was at a great price.

I would not recommend this clinic.
My dog and I arrived before the check in time, I filled out the required paperwork giving the staff all of my contact information. Before the surgery the staff called to ask me if I would like to remove one of baby teeth for an extra $25. I told them that would be fine and they told me they would notify me once her operation was complete. 5 HOURS later, I had still not received a call to notify me my dogs status. I called because I was worried and asked for an update, I was told that they forgot to call me and that my dog had been ready for pick up hours ago

I have been using this Veterinary Clinic for about 20 years. Once upon a time their customer service was top notch. Their past performance is the reason they got 2 stars. Since they moved into their new location the customer service is garbage. It is a shame because a few years back two people ran a very nice small veterinary clinic. Now the two people that built a good name for themselves I never even see. I understand businesses grow but if you no longer take care of your customers they will leave.

I've known vets who literally seemed like they hated people, I've had vets that charge you massive amounts and just wanted money, but there's no issues like that here! Here they're fast, friendly, and they don't charge you an arm and a leg, they even give your baby a free dose of heartworm prevention at each visit if they haven't had their monthly dose yet! And you can buy the medicine on their website for cheaper than on websites like Chewy. They don't make you fear going to the vet and they take care of and even remember your pet the next time you bring them in. They also have multiple vets working

Already have recommended. What A wonderful experience with my service (poodle) dog. The pleasant front desk. The Vet Asstst that was so kind. The Veterinarian was AWESOME! Wasn't rushed, so knowledgeable, explained, even inquired to help me be educated. I will continue to visit. Been with Pet ShotZ 4 years, never saw the Vet... Nothing like your amazing facility! Last month I had to bring my beloved elderly cat divot in for his final visit. He'd lost a large amount of his body weight and stopped eating days prior even after switching to wet food no amount of medication would cure his sniffles. You could visibly see him swaying from side to side. I brought him in and they didn't question the decision as they had been his regular vet and his weight-loss was that drastic. The staff was very respectful and they gave me some time with him after they administered the shot it seemed as peaceful as they implied as there was no visible sign of his passing

On 7/22 our beautiful girl Wendy went to get spayed at China Grove Pet Hospital, everything went smooth from what I was told. On the evening of 7/26 we noticed there was some bleeding coming from a small part of the incision, so I called and they wanted to see her immediately. We get there and tell me she's needs surgery to make sure the sticking didn't mess up on the insides. I ask if it was covered since they weren't 100% sure Wendy was

We brought our puppy, Mochi, here for a neutering and had a wonderful experience. The price was very affordable and they even gave him a complimentary nail trim, exam and fecal exam! The staff is so nice and professional over the phone and in person. They made us feel as though money wasn't their only priority, and that they really cared for our puppy. We live across town but I think we will continue to bring Mochi here because we were so satisfied with the care he received.

I can't say enough about the wonderful staff and doctors at China Grove Veterinary Clinic. I live near the Medical Center, so it's quite a far drive for me; that should tell you how impressed I am with their services. The staff is always friendly and very professional. We have some "stray" cats that have adopted us and we've taken them to the China Grove Clinic several times.
The doctors at this clinic are professional too. Very thorough and they always ask the correct questions and help to educate me every time I visit.

I got my dog neutered here quite some time ago, but often find me referring friends & family to them for low cost neutering and spaying. They really do go above and beyond their price points, I had taken my other dog to a different cheap neuter and spay clinic, and the care between the two was night and day. At the other clinic, my BMD was taken in very hastily and they didn't ask for much information from me, just had me fill out a waiver - he was there all day & pick up time was a nightmare, they didnt even call me to let me know he was done - I had to show up an hour before closing

I worked there for almost a whole year and when I interviewed the Dr was polite and respectful. I've never worked for a worst Dr before.... Dr. Bowman disrespects her employees and has the worst temper ever. I reached out to her for a kitten that my brother attempted to care for. He also reached out to her in regards to the pet. He told her in the email that he was a medically inclined kitten and would need treatment. She responded to his email saying she would take him and ask him to come and sign paperwork for the surrender. I sent medical records, bloodwork and vaccines for the baby and

Updated address 6162 hwy 87. They have the old address listed on here. The esthetics of this place is awesome. I am trying this location based off of a referral which is now closer to work. Got a baby pup and this location is up the street from my office. Very easy to get an appt in a couple days during this time. Very clean

We went here on a Wednesday at 3:30 pm. They did a full check on our new puppy. They also gave us complimentary flea and tick prevention. Really great service. In and out quickly, the only thing that took a bit was the test to check for parasites but really fast and courteous service. We had a great time!
