This place sucks, the community is horrible. Customer service sucks. Places aren't properly furnished. Seems like everything was painted or installed in a rush. This place also has insect problems with cockroaches, ants, small bugs, etc tiny spiders. Everything seemed much better at first but things change as the months go by. You can not have grills or couches outside on balcony.

If I could give this complex a -1000 I would. If you want to live in a place that does not respect you as a tenant, your privacy, has no regard for your health and welfare then this is the place. They insisted on renovating our apartments with us in them for cosmetic reasons during a serious pandemic. They do not care that you have to work from home and that you have grave issues about allowing 10-12 people in your home during a spike in COVID cases. The contractors have been observed on several occasions not wearing their masks and no social distancing can possibly be happening. They threatened

NOT HAPPY! I've been a resident going on 2 years now. Ive had a couple of "not pleased" moments, however this one drew the line! I saw a mouse in my master bedroom. My husband looked around and found a hole in the corner of the closet. I immediately called the leasing office, asked for pest control to be contacted immediately. It was about 15 minutes before the office closed, so they told me there was nothing they could do but put me on the list for pest control the next morning (Friday). I advised her I could not live with rodents, and told her I'd be leaving the apartment

DO NOT RENT HERE. I would not recommend this property and have told friends that were interested in renting here to not waste their money. If you rent here you should expect the maintenance team and leasing office to be unprofessional, ineffective, unresponsive, untrained, and completely clueless to what is going on. The maintenance team often goes to the wrong apartment, does the job halfway for a quick fix, or does not follow proper procedure. I have had several maintenance jobs that required another maintenance team member to come later and "redo" the job. The second maintenance member

We moved here from a complex in Alexandria and couldn't be happier. We are intending to renew our lease, Management has been incredibly responsive to our needs and phone calls. Even during the Covid confinement, we didn't have to wait more than a day for any maintenance requests and in one case, it was about an hour. We're really looking forward to the upcoming renovation.

Their maintenance team is awful. Almost every issue I had they either forgot and I had to go to the office multiple times to get someone to come out or just told me the problem couldn't be fixed. Twice did the water heater in the apartment above me leak into my apartment. The first time, my boyfriend was the one who reported it and he had to tell the maintenance person what to do, and then they never came back to fix the water damage in my apartment. I have to follow up with the front office to get someone in. They use contractors that like to use short cuts inside of fixing issues legally

If i could give this property a 0, i most definitely would. when i first moved into the community in 2018, the apartment was in TERRIBLE condition. the bathtub was not glazed, the dishwasher was cracking, nails were sticking out of the cabinets, closet door didn't close because it was too big, and their was spots on the wall that didn't get painted just to name a few. it took the apartment complex over a month to fix things. if i don't go through craig (amazing btw) it seems as though nothing will get done. i had a burberry rain jacket ruined because they shaved down the closet door

Love this place no complaints everyone in the front office is very helpful very adorable for people moving in from out of state to get settled. The location itself is right in the middle of everything. The malls great food and everything you might need to keep an outgoing life is right at your finger tips you should try to sign and live here never felt more welcome in a place I've never known.

I lived at this complex several years back. Upon my departure I made a point of going into the office to turn in my keys and leave a forwarding mailing address. Why did I find a debt on my credit report from these people? Why leave a forwarding address if it's not going to be used? I have no problem paying what I owe if the charges are legitimate. So residence and future residence think twice about moving here. Moving in you will be treated like royalty. Come time to move out you will be treated like crap. They will get you with charges you probably don't deserve to pay although

My husband and our two children have been living here for a little over 1 year and we're relieved to be leaving.
If you can overlook cheap blinds that break very easily and fall off with minimal movement and quite possibly the rudest and most unprofessional office staff we've (possibly) ever had the displeasure of dealing with, then Woods of Fairfax Apartments is for you.
Erika Marquez, who's surprisingly been given the title of Assistant Property Manager, should take a lesson or two in customer service - not only have we tried to speak with her in person on more than one occasion

My husband and I just renewed our lease for another ten months; it will be the first time in 5+ years we stayed at a residence for more than one year (mostly due to school, work, and quality of the places we've rented). Overall, this is the best experience we've had at an apartment complex.
We live kind of in the back of the complex and find it very quiet. Our neighbors aren't around much, but the people we have experienced have all been nice and low-key. Management is pretty responsive when it comes to maintenance/other issues. We recently had a pipe leak, and the leak, wall, and

I've lived here since November. So far so good. Quite frankly, the units are small, but clean and quiet for the most part. I never hear my neighbors or their pets or children, which is a blessing. I've never seen any bugs besides spiders, which I welcome because they eat other bugs. As far as management is concerned, they've always been friendly...and for some reason remembers my name. My complaints are about parking and the light colored carpet they put in the units, but I can't exactly blame the management for that. There are a lot of families that live here, which I didn
